Oh that sepia laguna leather...still kicking my ass for not ordering one before they discontinued the trim...man that exhaust sounds mean...I mnean normally they are loud but dang...at lest the challengers sound good all through the rev range
Is it a srt hellcat, or a str 392, w/ the 6.4 ?? Also, if U use the manual shift on the gear shifter, if U were to not shift going towards past red line, will the computer over ride it, so it doesn't go past red line ?? Thanks !! It sounds sweet :):) Is it the stock exhaust ??
SRT 392 6.4. It has gone to red line a few times unintentionally but it was never over ridden by the computer. The exhaust has Dynomax Race bullets with the MFER-1 active exhaust delete.
@@GRB22 OK..That sucks...Glad U caught, it before it went past..Maybe it was just about to over ride, but I'm thinking U don't wanna push it intentionally that close to red line, to find out if the comp. will over ride...KUDOS !! I think most engines these days, will take a bit past red line a little bit, but not too often ?? I had a 3.5 V6 that went passed red line in sport shift, cuz it took seconds to up shift, so it was still in the the same gear, after I got back on the throttle...A lame system, I know. :(:( I was scared to stay on the throttle, during sport shifts....But the engine was fine...Maybe cuz It was a toyota, it could take it ?? Nice video...I really liked watching your digital MPH, cuz it allowed me to know what kind of accelerating it does at many foot on gas positions...I think U went full throttle, or close once ?? No biggie...It really does sounds nice !! Thanks for the Info :):)
@@GRB22 Sweet, how hard it pulls at less than full throttle !! Good to hear the ZF Auto is amazing, cuz it proves the expert reviews on it are spot on...Probably won't be getting one, 'til my ship comes in and it's ONLY a matter of time when..OK, Take Care and God Bless :):)
@@aslambatcha5683 not sure why they have two options. Most people like one better than the other. I prefer the shift stick since its more natural and closer to a manual.
@@GRB22 Well, that could be. I recorded my '68 Chevelle a few years ago; 454, lots of compression and cam, 850 Holley on a street dominator, BW ST-10 4 speed. The car sounded awesome live but I could never get the recording to sound right...
That Go Mango matches perfectly with them stripes....
Thanks bro! You can find some photos on my IG. SRT_gomango
@@GRB22 cool, im about to follow and subscribe.
I know this is from five years ago but I am about to get a 2018 srt chally soon here from my 5.7 I have now. Cannnnnot wait.
Awesome man! Earned a new sub 👍 very nice challenger too! It looks amazing😎

Thanks man! I get a ton of compliments on the leather seats. It still smells like the 1st day I got the car.
Hell yeah
Do you know what the inlet/outlet diameters are on the dynomax race bullets. Whether it is 2.5” or 3”? Thanks!
3 inch

@@davidg9456 thanks man. No I never went full throttle. The 392 is just so fast and the ZF transmission is a beast.

Hello, so the Demon can have paddle-shifters too? And is paddle-shifting faster than stick-shifting?🤔 Awesome video btw 👍👍👍
Yes the demon does have paddle shifters. Having tried both, I believe both shift about the same.
@@GRB22 That's cool! Thanks for reply.
Still have it?
Wait I'm confused?! So u can change the gear from the paddle shifter and also from the stick?? 🤔
Yesss!!!

Does the paddle shifters have delay?
It has a very little delay. It's fast, but not super car fast.
Trending 4 Solutions Yes, that’s what I’m looking for. That will be noted thank you
Do you have the link?
what exhaust ?
Dynomax Race bullets in place of mid muffeler. And MFER-1 delete.
Yo what exhaust v
Mid mufflers were replaced with dynomax race bullets. Everything else is stock

Maybe it's me, but I'm just not loving the sound of that exhaust. too.... blaaappppy.
There's a ton of wind noise that altered the sound from the Mic.
