If your curious about the dolls in the low-rider, they originated in the 1950's and are known as corner dolls or time-out dolls. Typically there dressed with period correct clothing for the era the car is from and have some sort of connection with the car like a crazy story, event that happened or something of the sort. There are many theories as to why they are in car shows but i dont think there is a definitive answer as to why.
