Probably, the game crashes because of explorer.exe process so you have to kill the process through Task Manager, but before that you should connect to the party since the Xbox Game Bar stops running if there's no explorer.exe process. So firstly, you connect to the party, then open the Task Manager, kill the process explorer.exe and you good now, the game won't crash.
I so wish fh5 and all open world games had npc police, nfs is the only one but its practically unplayable on a wheel, we need a Driver reboot, btw you wouldn't catch me 😉
