  • Start of a big plumbing renovation this week. Customer has moved out the house, gave us the keys and told us to crack on. We will be moving a boiler location from upstairs to downstairs, all new radiators in different positions, new pipework, the works, a complete plumbing makeover.
    It wasn't without its challenges as you will see in the video, we did encounter some obstacles but see how we get round this to install a new Worcester 8000 life and remove the old heating system.
    Thank you all again for your support its much appreciated

    Looks like a nice job especially when there is no one being there you can crack on instead of trying to be as low profile as possible, I would have loved work on this one with yah .
    I love the big jobs where you can pretty much make the system your own, get lost in the work and if you ever need to do any future work for them its a lot easier for you on the return visits😁, Still no gas qualifications for me right now so not that part. 😔
    These videos are ACE m8y and if you include the boiler installations and people don't wan to see it they could always use the slider to skip past it.
    10,000 is in reach now. Thank you for the content.

    Massive job, intrigued to see the finished article. Would be really interested to know your pricing on a job like this.

      Normally I try and spilt the job into what can I get done in a day, so worked out 4 days..plus materials and 10%…about £7K including labour and materials. Always go with an estimate not a firm quote as big jobs can always throw up complications…I let the customer know a price range

    Don’t you shut the lock shield and turn off the try before removing? It stops the water coming out while moving the rads.

    Nice Nice Nice. Yes pal lovely job you have there blank canvas just what the doctor ordered. I have a teatime teaser for you. Late night call-out shops shut and you have run out of flux what could you use instead to get out of trouble? I know a man of your expertise will get this easily..

    Turn rad valves off water won't go anywhere and remove the valves outside for scrap. You must earn big money if dont scrap rad valves

    • @bluebulldog_uk
      @bluebulldog_uk  3 місяці тому +1

      Yeah you think I would of learnt from the first rad I turn the valves off before I removed the living room rad…be honest I’ve never scraped rads how much can you get for them?
