Hi! I think that's just a personal opinion depending on what a person looks for when it comes to skincare such as ingredients. I'm not a cosmetic chemist so I can't claim that one is actually better than the other. Did I say that in the video? If so, that would just be a personal opinion based off of my own preferences. I personally stopped using Cerave years ago because of my own preferences in ingredients but that's not to say it's a bad brand.
