    Nice video, as always to the point. Wish more people that do videos would keep it short and sweet instead of being long winded.

    Great video - thanks for posting this. I plan on adding those exact shocks to my 1999 FXDX.

    Is there a way to position the jack so the oil pan doesn’t get in the way? Having trouble jacking up my 2000 fxd

    My shocks came with some grease. I found after I installed them. How detrimental is it to put grease in the holes prior to installation?

      Better handling, raises the center of gravity and increases lean angle.

    Hey man I have an 03 fxdx, got the burly stilleto for my particular bike, but the top stud widens out and shock eyelet won’t go all the way on, just half way.... any ideas what I need to do?

      it should be pretty snug, but make sure there isn't a spacer or washer on the stud that shouldn't be there.

    Do you need a torque wrench to tighten it ?? I was planning on just wrenching it without one

    • @jpcycles
      @jpcycles  5 років тому

      you can do it without a torque wrench, just be careful not to damage threads

    Nobody gonna say anything about a sprocket on that wheel instead of a pulley 😂
