What a fantastic rescue! This poor young bull was quite calm, all things considered, and he Knew you were there to help, not harm. That Naude saw a tear from the seals eye speaks volumes. There was so much net that it's no wonder he was skinny and struggled to not only move but to breathe easily. Thank you so much for releasing this seal from his shackles. I Love how he raced to the freedom of the sea! And he kept looking back. Like Tony, I waved as he ran away! Bye Puppy! 👋 ☮️❤️🦘🇦🇺

This poor guy had so much weight he was dragging around, so lucky the team identified and captured him. I really love these long videos, it gives us a chance to see the teamwork involved. This also demonstrates why training with the team is so necessary to achieve the mindset to work so closely in tandem and to minimize the trauma on the seals. Longer videos also also means tougher cases. To the OCN team!!! 🥳 Love you all!!!🥰
