Seal rescue (2018)

Nurdle Hunter Erin Louise was at one of Warrnambool's beaches this morning (August 21, 2018) collecting marine debris when she came across a fur seal entangled in fishing net. She contacted some local wildlife carers Maddy Bagg who then contacted DELWP BarwonSouthWest. DELWP Senior Biodiversity Officer Mandy Watson was on the scene to disentangle the fur seal.
