The eyes badge is easy to get but the last chance to look at me refers to the eyes that appear as a cluster of eyes in the wall, this eyes entity possible to look at without getting damaged and dissapears when u open the next door

I had the worst moment with eyes one day, so I was in that room that lets you have a little rest peaceful and everything but eyes was in the middle, proof that eyes is the most annoying entity besides screech

that happened to me he came 4 times and he came in the middle in door 91 and I died from him
In the courtyard where eyes will spawn ( if that happened) I tested Eyes' hitbox and sometimes the hitbox can clip in the tree, this happens sometimes but very very rare, also if you're near him in the courtyard in the fence, like what he said in fact 10, you won't take damage behind the fence whilst looking at him dead straight.

Eyes has infinite range, thats why, he can see you through the floor.
Very first time I completed the seek chase, I was on pretty low health and the room right after the hallway with hands and fire, Eyes was in. So I died.
So that's why he was banned from the seek chase

Tip: once your in a lock room with eyes its rare but even tho you stare at a wall with eyes you still take damaged!
