Please also bring Kevin back to Rockwiz with a decent duet partner so we can all fully appreciate his talent.
What a stunning performance by Kevin. Talk about saving the show. I have no idea who the woman was, but .... ouch. I'm not sure if she sung one note on key. I admired her philosophy of her guitar solo. "If you play every note on the fret board, some of them will be right".

No matter the trials and tribulations, where he played or who with his talent is undeniable. The unique style that is the man Kevin Borich is a LEGEND. Respected in higher places than the all so ran, youtube and the swill on T.V. Rock on!

Then I thought they'd let Yoko Ono loose on stage, the wailing, more brilliant Kevin, great rock lead, then the "Alien" noise guitar/beast has landed to fight the Strat. I actually enjoy watching this but give Kevin a more worthy adversary next time. cheers.

I saw him play at the Rye foreshore too. He kept playing shitty old blues songs. (I'm not a blues fan.) Was waiting for him to play Morning Good Morning/Gonna See my Baby/Goin Downtown etc. Presumably he played them towards the end, but couldn't wait that long. The La De Das were the first band I ever saw live; lunchtime concert at school in 1975. I was totally blown away. I've seen/heard him at least 4 times over the years.

A great talent mix and the one who used to blow us away every night was Kevin Borich. We'd be about 20 feet away from him on stage and he was at the same time ballistic and in a world of his own on his guitar, like nothing I've ever seen before or since
This duet would have been great if the talented Kevin Borich had been accompanied by a classy singer such as Vikka Bull. Unfortunately for Kevin, this woman was in a surly mood all night on this Rockwiz episode. When it came to the duet she ruined it - can't sing, can't play. as said plenty of times before flipping heck there isa version of this with tim rogers and the bull sisters ripping it up with the house band ,, who where on fire that night even better then kevin here

Out of her league completely, and then when KB tried to rescue her lost soul delivery screw up vocal offering, by building a solo with the band, she had the obstinance to come over the top and obliterate it with some rubbish guitar, what a mole....however, KB is so much more gracious than the stupid comment I just made and her impertinence, whoever she is, tough night for him though for sure. Good on ya KB, you are as well known for your good grace and gentlemanly ways as your terrific musical offerings, and that is quite a feat, major kudos you legend !!
@chrisb1953 ... you're being a bit harsh there chrisb. She in a zany type of way, fitted well into the performance and the whole thing sounds and looks good. I'll admit the(her) guitar playing was pretty putrid but unbelievably wasn't out of key. That little echo solo bit added, again, a bit of zanynous and well hopefully you could watch it a few more times to see that it wasn't all that bad.....it was good!
With a performance such as this, most of us would be too embarrassed to mention nationalities. We generally recognize crap no matter where we come from !!
