-I did it in 4:47 -I’ve been doing 50 push-ups everyday for about 30 days -the first 50 took me 49 seconds -when I first started, 50 took me ~8 minutes
Is that all you do?? I do sets of 30 pushups daily and i do 200+ pushups daily on top of other things and you still beat my time by nearly 10 seconds....What is your height, age and weight, I'm 6'1 around 180 pounds, 34 years old If thats all you do daily is 50 pushups, how small and young are you lol
I started doing pushups seriously since 2020 and after 4 years I can do 80 pushups in a row. when I start doing it i was able to do only 20 pushups and now I look back i literally can't believe it. that's something I really feel proud of myself. And it's show if you're consistent with something you can achieve what you want. I tried this challenge and my time to complete 100 pushups in 2:32 sec .

I did 100 in 1:50 I’ve been doing martial arts since I was 4 and started lifting 3 years ago strength and conditioning style. Working to be ufc champion one day along with my two big bros. Thanks for the content.
I can't even imagine i can do 70 clean push up while watching this video. So i got 70 under 10 mins which is not actually bad. Great video and inspiring me to get involved in this challenge. Long way to go to achieve 100 under 3 mins but i am happy with my result today. Thanks Chris. Edit: I finished 100 within 15 mins.
Ya know you’ve real inspired me over the years and actually got me to start my fitness journey Thanks you so much and I hope you keep becoming more successful in the future
I did the challenge in 4:33 minutes, and I have been training for 2 years(inconsistently, thou). You really are a big inspiration. Thanks for the amazing challenge 💪🏽🔥
100 push up under the same timing as yours. Man I started following your teachings since 2019 i’m really thankful to you what you done for all our athletes 🌱
I started doing the 100 pull-ups n push-ups as a warmup every morning cuz of u when I got locked up in the clink this year. I was doing the full rom push-ups in a minute 1 set. Got to 4 sets of 25 for the pull-ups chest to bar. You’ve been my sensei for a while.
It really inspires people. I sat on the couch and watched this video, then I couldn't help but get up and drink some water and proceed to do some not-so-difficult kneeling push-ups
Chris always comes up with these amazing ocean of challenges. We recently had a family get together. Thanks to you and these amazing killer push workouts, my arms and shoulders are much bigger and entire family was saying I have bulked up and look big 😁. That was so great to hear considering how skinny I was, Thank you bro for making us literal beast's. Happy calisthenics 😊
Yo chris i just want to thank you for getting me into calisthenics, i signed up for the marines and they do a lot of calisthenics and since i started calisthenics about a year ago physical training has been a bit easier for me thanks to my calisthenics training, so thank you
5:39, it was only hard after like 65ish, I have been working out for over 20 years and man, that pump is just like hitting a brick wall. My triceps actually started cramping up at around 80, I did the first 60 in under a minute then really ran out of gas. Very impressive these guys can all do it in sub 3 minutes.
I did the challenge 1:20 minutes, and six months ago i started doing push up to learn how to exercise consistently. Currently, i has been a doing push ups for almost 6 months, and in general, it is 1000 push ups per day. It gives me more power and energy than i thought. Always have a goal, guys, because if you set your mind to something, you will definitely finish it💪
I'm a beginner and I did 105 pushups(full range pushups for pecs) in 19mins 55.55secs, I could still continue doing more but I'm going out. The challenge was fun. Challenges make you stronger and better.
Yeah you’re right about needing to train specifically for this. I can do muscle-ups and HSPU but don’t usually do high-rep push-ups so it took me 4.49 mins. Would like to be able to do it in 3-3.30 mins.
I just started getting back into working out got a vest from Chris for Christmas. I did this challenge with my nephew he's 15 I was able to do it in 7min he got it in 16min so we got work to do. Love prayers Blessings to all
I did it in 4:35. I've been training here and there my whole life, I first started at like 2 yrs old but I gave up and got lazy in my teen years. I feel like nowadays everybody needs a friend like Chris just to challenge us to do random shit out of nowhere 'cause somedays we don't even have time to train. That's why I love push ups. You can do everyday, anytime, anywhere in many different ways.
Ohhh chrissss. I love your videos. This workout was hard. I tried it and it took me like 4 minutes. It was tough, like really tough. Thanks to you chris i managed to do that.
Chris thank you for so much for getting me in to UA-cam you and Jesse are the reason are why I work so hard and you are an idle love you guys so much ❤🔥🔥💪

Chris I bought a weight vest and I am so happy with the purchase, I am so excited to elevate my training to the next lvl and I am really glad I bought it. It fits perfectly even when I do a HS it’s not uncomfortable at all. Love it, thanks for being my inspiration to doing calisthenics🔥♥️
That was funny with Jesse. You can ask him anything no matter what he does at this moment. In this case he was like "no problem I'll do it in a parking lot " 😅 that was cool.
I managed to finish it in 7 minutes, 36 seconds. I've been working out for about a year but only got consistent since starting callisthenics about 7 months ago. I'm going to try and get that time down to 5 minutes by the end of January.
Congrats bro hope you get it under 5 mins. I'm 18 been training using bodyweight only and a few heavy school bags since 15 but only got consistent around 17 ish and I did 101 pushups in 6 minute 38 seconds I want it under 5 mins too😂🎉
@wandilemngomezulu5772 Nice, I'm sure we can both get there. The last time I did it was about a week ago, and I finished in 6 minutes 30 seconds, so I still got a bit to go.
I started working out before 2 years and now i did it in 2 minutes and 44 seconds. (Goal is to do 1 rep in 1 second. ) Thanks a lot for the new challenge!!!
I should of split up the reps in a few sets 😭thanks for the challenge bro!🔥
Yes split them up sets of 25 and you could do it under 2 minutes
My sleep deprived ass read it as 25 sets and here I was wondering why would anyone do 4 pushups 25 times
