Butter soft bread
Dough:
250g all-purpose flour
125ml warm milk
25g (2 tbsp) sugar
5g (1-1/2 tsp) instant dry yeast
1 tsp salt
1 large egg, beaten.
56g (4 tbsp) softened butter/margarine
spring onion
smoked beef/other meat/chicken, etc.
sesame seeds
egg to apply before baking
Baking time: 30 minutes
baking temp: 200°C, oven may vary
