You hit the nail on the head there, i never understand all the soap makers putting non dissolvable things on top that will clog the drain. Like coffee grounds, bees wax and glitter???

@@christinemclean9973 it's mostly all just for looks. But I have seen people out there that would rather buy a gimmicky looking soap over a quality soap. There's a market for both. I just prefer to make what I believe in.

Hey there south of sanity farms. When testing my soaps such as playing around with ratios I use a mini cupcake holder and add different combos to each department then separate the mini soaps

I live in Louisiana. We are renowned for our food! Our restaurant food is high quality! We have a boutique area. High end soaps, candles, scales, wicker hats for gardening! Talk to your local stores, boutiques, and grocery stores. They might display your products!

Thank you so much for your willingness to share your knowledge and experience in this video. I love your approach to things, as well as your boldness in your faith. God is good, all the time! We lived in Trussville for about 5 years back in the early 2000's, and some good friends of ours, the Perrins, are from Pell City. Looking forward to seeing more of your vids. Thanks again, and wishing you a super blessed year! - Mike P., Holly Ridge Soap Co. (Louisiana)

Great video!! I am looking to have a company print my labels. I have to pray over my printer daily to print
    correctly!🤣

I use leapin lizard labels for all of my stickers. They are in Colorado but are so easy to work with and have great prices. I'm a pretty calm and peaceful guy but my printer brought out another side of me. 😂

@@southofsanityfarms5752 thank you!!! I was looking into online labels since I use their labels but it's way too high for them to print! Appreciate it! Blessings! ~jc

Hi from Panama (C.A)!. Great tips... I have a hard time getting essential oils from Amazon and similar venues. If you could, please share your oils providers; I pay $8-$10 for just 2 oz here. Thanks.

@@mariellegarcia5401 check out wfmed.com and new direction aromatics.com. I shop between those 2 depending on who has the better price for the eo that I am buying. I buy my EO in the 33 oz aluminum container and then transfer it to my amber bottles when it arrives. If you can buy it in the larger sizes it will bring it down considerably. Thanks and good luck

Thank you. Great tips! ,Where have you found good prices on essential oils? Or do you compare the different places?

In our next soap making video I share where we buy pretty much every thing. It will be out in a week or two. But to answer your question , the best places that I have found for essential oils is wfmed.com and new directions aromatics. I price shop between those 2 and have always been pleased with their quality.

I’m a beginner!!! I have been making goat milk soap for about 3-4 months…. Still figuring out the process but have n narrowed it down to a recipe that works for me. I use fresh goat milk from a friend. Do you have a secret to the ash that forms? I live in northeast Louisiana also. Thx for your videos!
