If you're strictly for sound, yes. Muffler Deletes are fine and dandy but if you're going to performance, a legitimate quality exhaust has much more benefits.

I’m about to get a muffler delete soon but a question I have is that when you take off the muffler there is a huge gap between the pipe and the tips . Does the shop provide the pipe or do i get a long exhaust tips ?
I have the same car and i cut off my mufflers and ive been thinking about doing a single chamber muffler to see if it will fix the drone, i have a catless downpipe, K&N Intake, Charge pipe, bigger intercooler, with a MHD tune and a muffler delete

Sorry just now seeing this. So they left the resonators in place and just deleted the muffler “banks”? It shouldn’t drone bad at all

No such thing as a delete kit , you just cut the thing off and weld the new exhaust tips of your choosing (as long as they fit of course)
