I still like this one better than the new ones
Somewhat a good review, you only missed a few things like the adaptive suspension that has Sport, Normal and Comfort settings. Also the rear quarter windows that power open and the rain sensing wiper system. I would definitely pick this over the Suburban as I test drove both, along with a QX-80. I have had one of these for two months and love it.

my father owns a 2015 suburban and my closest friend since high school works at ford, let me drive the platinum Expedition
My opinion is that the suburban is nicer and more luxurious, but don't get me wrong, the expedition is still bad ass.
Not really im more of a GM guys myself I've been in both and the platinum takes the Cake
@@demarquesvalverde4287 update since this comment, the suburban was a pile of trash. the interior fell apart, rear hatch twisted while it was closing due to a faulty shock, ac went out & the transmission started slipping. All before 14k miles. Going to stick with old trucks as they’re 1000x better
@@Drivermod_Josh told ya lol because my mom has the 15' platinum too with maroon or brown colored learher platinum white exterior as well what i like the most is ambient lighting and it comes with the same engine as ford f150 raptor/platinum 4x4

Nice review. I think you hit the major points. It is not possible for you to satisfy all parties. People are looking for different features and weigh them differently. For me, it is space. I have a family of five. Captains chairs are not accommodating when your family exceeds four. You lose seating and cargo space. Having said this I do like the look of he captains chair. My kids have sporting events. Of course their friends sometimes need a ride. That's just the way it goes. Most of all, The third row has real leg room in my opinion in both trim levels. The Gm Tahoe and Yukon do not have this leg room. You have to go to a suburban or yukon xl. The expedition or Navigator both give me enough space without the need for the extended cab

I have a 2010 expedition with the V8. I love it! Why did they go to a V6. The V6 is a deal breaker for me. $69,000 is definitely too much. Is it possible for a car to have too much technology?

Nice SUV..... Definitely leaning toward this thing for my next purchase. Would definitely take this over any GM SUV.... The Tahoe and Suburban look like ass. The Yukon and Escalade look way better, but GM vehicles have been having too many serious safety-related recalls lately. No thanks.... I'll stick with Ford.

It's January 2021 and you can get this exact vehicle with under 40,000 miles for around $27,000 now. High depreciation. There are some 2018's for $30,000 with this same trim level and EL. On the CarMax app. I am never buying a brand new vehicle again.

Ford is the best and a Tahoe is a pile of shit
Running boards on this big SUV are great, but contrary to the reviewer's dumb comment, POWER running boards are NOT "a very nice feature." It's just another stupid gimmick, added merely for the sake of having yet another stupid gimmick. The little power motors inevitably break down and are ridiculously expensive to fix. Stick with the standard FIXED running boards on any large SUV.
