The table service-wear China looks like a muted teal colour on my screen. Beautiful array of items here Scott.🖤🇨🇦

Yes, it is a very muted teal color, a little more on the blue side than the green. Many folks are of the opinion that the color is green but remember TV screens and color settings are different for each viewer. In between colors such as this are subjective and appear differently to each viewers eye.

I love the little handled tin box, and my entirely uneducated guess is that it could be a lady's lunch box, for a rather dainty noontime meal. The elephant lamp is magic, and I hope the fellow who loves it, gets it. A wonderful offering of things!

My guess for thee tin container is a "tea caddy". It would keep the bags dry and safe from mice.

What an exciting surprise to come home to a video from Scott and his old curiosity shop. Thank you for cheering me up and sharing the new goodies that you will be offering in your eBay store. We just moved our youngest into her very first apartment since college. I have to remember she is 25.🤗 Keeping your health in my thoughts and prayers.🙏

I forgot to mention that I loved everything that you’re selling. I do agree that the blue vase is not damaged.Definitely happened while vase was made.🙃

I think the metal box was a carrier for bread or a loaf cake to a church dinner.

That's what I thought when I saw it. Sad that the lid is not easily removed, so you could bake and take in the same pan! Peace🌻

Yes, I agree with another post above....that dark green (1st shown) tableware is gorgeous! (Hey, Scott...it sort of picks up the same design of the green rug beneath your table...just sayin'!) I also love the blue art deco pot at the end. Nice assortment here!

I agree with you, the vintage blue piece looks as though the damage happened before glazing. Old chips after the fact exposed to the elements more than likely would have acquired a brownish tint. I'm no expert but I've purchased damaged pieces of Roseville pottery and repaired the old chips using Milliput epoxy resin, not for resell but for myself to enjoy. Great haul and nice to see your eBay shop up and running!

Hello Scott, I remember when you found and originally shared the W. H. Grindley pieces during a Live. I think I almost talked you into keeping them, lol! As always, you've picked so many beautiful items to offer for sale. I have been keeping an eye on your eBay store and I may have placed a few bids on a few items. I hope you're feeling better and we look forward to your return to Live Sales very soon. Thanks for sharing and lots of love!

Regarding the glazed piece. It could have pooled glaze there and the workers flaked it off when they extracted it from the kiln and instead of throwing it in the trash heap was able to take it home instead of selling it?
