I think the reason why this ost is soft is because goku archived ss4 through the love of his granddaughter pan. And of course having self control over his great ape form. Also it sounds like a victory theme because this form will end the evil horror of baby. Peace will once again be restored and love will prosper. Many sacrifices have been made along the way and there is too much at stake.

This could've been almost perfect, the ending and most important part ruined it for me, it had to be more triumphant and majestic, but nevertheless thank you for an amazing work its brilliant, but couldn't stand the solo violin... Wish it got more triumphant at the end
