DT demoed the upgraded Dresden during the livestream to show off the volumetric lighting at night, but the dynamic weather was on and it was so foggy you could barely see far. This is the Way.
To DT, it must have been an important milestone to achieve, next to raindrops on the windscreen of course. Even if the fog or rain is bugged, it won't affect the gameplay too much.
vr is a minority. Ue5 would have been really difficult. Would have to remake all content to work in ue5 which is several years of work. Other option is losing your collection for ue5
As long the sales of TSW4 meet their targets quite honestly they don't care. What new features to add depends on whether it fits into their work schedule, NOT what the players really want. Unfortunately, many bugs don't seem to make it on their to do list. Too busy with new routes and rolling stock. They don't even do a proper QC of their partners' work ahead of release. Not every partner can be dedicated like TSG.
Idk why but in store, I can't buy any TSW2 Back? For (E.g), The GWR. It says I own it and I did pay for it but, I can't play with it? Ik for Createers clube you have to do it on your phone. Is it the same with store? Thx Malachi :)
Hey, I'm currently looking into buying a train simulator. I was wondering what game do you think I should get? I'm looking at TSW classic or TSW 4, if there are other train games you recommend me too look at please feel free to say.
I would have said previous TSW titles but to my knowledge they’ve been pulled from stores now. If you’re not big into sims stick with TSW4, only venture into the other ones once you’re comfortable with that at least.
@@thetrainguy4 I played TSW3 on my Xbox but since I moved over to PC they release TSW4 and I dont know if it's a money grab. On TSW3 I loved Cajon pass, I'm really interested in freight, and a little bit of metro. The main thing I'm worried about with TS classic is the graphics, performance and quality compared to TSW4, because the BSNF in TSW3 is very detailed.
tsc is very old, however it has good mods, If you want british content, then tsw4 is kinda the way you need to go, however if your not fussy and just want to drive trains, then I would reccommend SimRail, a very good polish sim. It has 5 different units/locos, and a incredibally long line, with a full regional run lasting 3.30h with about 260km
@@MattKim6 tsc naturally has poor performance because the engine is more than 10 years old and has worse graphics more obvious reasons. Even the most powerful pc can struggle running it. However it has great simulation elements and more of it as well as more 3rd parties. Although simrail was recommended, it does not have a save system, so if you're trying to do a 3 hour run, you have to do it in 1 sitting or give control to the ai. There are some shorter services too but unless you have all that time for long runs, you won't be able to finish it
@@potatoman451 Unfortunately Simrail doesn't contain the kind of "freight" I'm looking for. The kind of freight I want to be doing is with a AC4400CW or something like that.

Nidderthalbahn was developed by TSG. It’s also quite new. Of course they’re not going to give that one away

Had they implemented UE5 and vr support, TSW4 might have been easily embraced.

The price is absolutely ridiculous! £35 for the standard game, £52 for the deluxe edition and £89 for the special edition! That’s practically robbery
