I was an American born in 1991; I remember this band when I was like 8 or 9 years old. I was also into other British electronic acts like Fatboy Slim, Groove Armada, Apollo 440, Prodigy and the Dutch group Alice Deejay; and a whole bunch of other European electronic groups I haven't heard in nearly two decades.
My family listened to country music, but this kind of music was new to me and sounded so cool and futuristic. Everyone thought I was a weirdo.

Once upon a time there was a jukebox in a pub where we used to play pool back then. Loud jukebox with Surrender on the list. Everything else there was garabage. This album costs me much more there, than if I'd bought 10 originals. I played it over and over and can't get enough. Barmaids there hated us. This comes back to me, everytime i hear this track. Those times are gone, those friends are gone, pub continuously morphed into aerobicfitness center, but this song and album remains great. Life is good
