- Review on the new for 2023 Worx wx009 portable Bluetoooth speaker,
in this video we torture test the bass of the Worx wx009, we put it through tone tests from 60hz down to 33hz.
*please note* your audio output device (speakers, headphones phone or tablet etc) may not be capable of playing the frequency's used in this film, you may also hear unjustified pops and cracks were your speakers attempt to play their own rendition of these frequencies - they may however not reflect the actual audio produced by the worx wx009.
tones used as per order used in the video are as follows:

Another timely review, I've been looking for a portable Bluetooth speaker for my workshop that I can take with me if the need arises. Couple of questions if I may. I've got the power share 20v workshop fan, will the adapter that came with that be suitable? And will, when it's on the mains, it change batteries as the fan does?
Haha..... sooooo..... the adaptor that comes with the fan is correct except the adaptor size is not..... and I have scoured every inch of bang good, Ali baba, ebay, amazon, RS components and I can't find any trace of this mythical supposed power supply adaptor..... I believe the adaptor size is either a 3.0x1.1 **OR** a 4.0x1.7 dc 21v jack plug positive centre negative sleeve type, all 3 of my vernier have found themselves unto the workshop so I am without accurate measuring tools and although I have a adaptor that "fits" I only have a 5v supply for it not 21v (think it is some old historic mobile phone adaptor from late 90's) the only 21v adaptors I have are my 2 for my workshop fans currently helping me sleep at night because our houses get roasty toasty in summer and like a ice box in winter!! Lol when you do get a power pack that worx (works) you will have all 3 modes available, battery only, mains powered and mains battery charging mode, you need minimum of 1.5 amp output for the supply and probably more ideal at 2a - because I'm sensible with these sorts of things! I don't know if it unlocks more power in AC mode like some other speakers..... if it does we are all going death as this is one mighty powerful little unit as it is!! As with most things worx it doesn't need more power, its functional you just wish they would sell you a adaptor for it :-D lol enjoy it, it really is a special product if you like your audio.

@Bite_Me I have been processing and editing my next video and my computer is pouring out heat like a sauna it's unreal!! Luckily my fan is aimed straight at me!!
Exactly the same jist as the fan then with the charging / running feature. I need to confirm the voltage type as I believe it may be a AC supply as opposed to a DC one.

Is there an adapter for the Speaker? Just curious
Unfortunately not yet, though I believe worx uk are looking at making these available, I believe when they are available they will work as srand alone power and or charging to the attached battery pack.
