Apparently Tomei Japan no longer support or distant themselves Tomei USA due to Tomei USA making inferior products which lead to cracks in the welds. Can you make a review video of ownership of the tomei since install addressing any issues or fixes you did to it? There are currently no user reviews on youtube reviewing ownership after a couple years. Greatly appreciated.
Other than the tune, do you have an aftermarket downpipe? Video wasn't clear if the benefits of the catback exhaust are simply achieved while being stock otherwise.

yea it is a good exhaust...... but Tomei needs to work on their workmanship. mine and several of my buddies full turbo backs have cracked in multiple places.
So since I don't know much about boosting octane is safe from 93? My car is a 2004 Volkswagen Passat 1.8T and it's STOCK other than a custom muffler and resonator delete. I thought about using this octane booster stuff but I don't want to blow the engine. As I mentioned where I am in the US does 93 premium but definitely let me know please and thanks!

You can get that easily with a new intake and a tune for that intake.
