$25,000 - $30,000 cheaper but, a salvage title and no supercharging is going to seriously eat into any potential profit
CCS charging can be added easily so you avoid the Tesla blacklist and still have the ability to fast charge.
you arent keeping the car thats ok but who would buy a non supercharge capable tesla smh
I would. For me is no problem. It comes down to what you are using it for. I would use it only in city and by night stay for charge.
@@MirceaD28 well it's not even capable of DC fast charging. You prob already watched rich rebuilds video when sometimes charge times exceed 10 hours which ofc depends on location but still

I would I only really drive on base probably charge twice a month give it to my daughter in a few years
Strange that you dont care about your profit. Car without superchaging and with diasbled quick DC charging will cut your profit significantly.
I dont think there is always the way. If Tesla dont want, they will just cut you off. And Tesla will probably don’t service anymore. Not sure that this car is online with Tesla servers and eligible for firmware updates? Also maybe Autopilot is disabled.
Definitely a deal saving 20k, might be hard to sell a $40k+ dollar EV that can’t supercharge but it’s still great people are rebuilding these cars instead of scrapping them most of the time
Yea man awesome job, that price is decent but to be expected with the market and slim margins. Lucky you are a wheeler and dealer got some great parts and service for very reasonable cost! My front end damaged Model 3 ended up costing me 12,500 auction + fees and delivery = 15,100 + Tesla parts and service totaled me at about 27,000. Think I'm going to keep my car for now maybe sell it before I get my CyberTruck LOL....

0:30 the headlights need to be replaced is you want the daytime running lights to be fully functional
where is this car listed for sale? I might be interested in snapping it up for a decent price. no SC is a problme but I might be abel to live with it.
the only problem i see with high priced salvage cars is when it comes down to insurance, and finding someone with 50-60k cashflow.....
salvage cars sometimes cant be put on full coverage insurance
some banks wont finance cars with salvage titles
i think some of the best car flips from auctions are cars for under 10k that retail around 10k-15k ..... hondas, acuras, toyotas....

the problem is that the title is salvage and the price drops 20% more but it looks nice I think you could sell it for 50k, good job.
Anyone that buys this it basically scrued Tesla will not service it at all now.

Agreed he will be lucky if someone will give him 45 k with severe damage history and missing supercharge unit not including that you will have to buy it in cash cause banks won't finance a car with salvage title.
Based on selling salvage cars for just about 10 years. Banks don’t finance salvage cars is a false, however if he gets a rebuilt title slip almost 80 percent of banks will finance it with about 10-15% down
Regarding the super charging there’s always a way Nd I’m sure he’d help out with that
Lastly about 70 percent of cars have had some sort of repair in there life, even newer cars, remember your not buying a title but a car, if it’s done right who cares as long as your getting a good deal and anything of 30-40 percent savings is a great deal

Even it supercharges now in about 6 months Tesla will shut it down. Lots of history of Tesla with wrecked titled cars.

I fixed mine Tesla on my channel for around 20k and its clean title with supercharger working, go figure when it comes to selling it, but you are right about enabling supercharger, I didn't have to do it but I know people that do

It liiks great but concerned if I was buying I would not be able to drive it long distance if super charging doesn' t work. Not surr how long stanard charging takes on this car. Price maybe a little higher if you cant super charge.

I'm sorry but fast charging is one of the major features that makes it almost viable for an average driver.
Without it, it's so limited that why would anyone buy it?

Look great seems to be as good or better than factory would do. I know in my area the only thing that hurts here is Loan Originations will only Loan half value for a Rebuildt Title which you could only break even maybe. For this reason I would never buy one of these plus they have blacklisted all that are Rebuild now.

so you can sell it for 48k to 50K you are looking at around 8k profit, which is very good
I am not sure any one would spend that. No super charging, salvage title, probably no service from Tesla (not sure about that one) and will it get updates? At 15k more I would just get a non salvage one, but at 30k I would consider it. But who knows maybe someone will spend that much for it.
Stephen Rowe I mean he said they are going for 65k -70k take 25% off cuz it’s a salvage and that’s the price he can sell it for. I understand your point but there is people out there they don’t care tbh.

Without Supercharging it's worthless. Who in their right mind would give you $40K for a wreaked car with no Supercharging when for 10K more you can buy a brand-new 3 or Y AWD. A new car comes with HW3 that car had HW2.5. the 3 & Y have 250KW charging and the Y has a heat pump. The extra range on that S does nothing for you because it's not roadtrip capable, commuter cars will never use more than a couple of hundred miles in a day.
Lets take a picture of the vin number so that tesla deactivates the super charger mode
