I did the pilot with HMX, it was great! I'm a post bacc pre med and have already found the information I learned helpful in the courses I am in now and believe they have helped me start to build a great foundation for when I'm in medical school.

The Key concept in each chapter especially physiology is great, all semester is summarized in only 4 pages and I love it! It really help solving problem in the right way, thanks HMX🙏
This is great. I actually start all four courses in two days, and this video was just what I needed. Listening to the utility of this program for pre-med students really motivated me. I'm excited to start Harvard Medical School's Fundamentals Program because I believe it will give me a taste of what my life during and after medical school will be like. I'll be sure to comment on my experience once I have completed the program and received the certificate.

I work with HMX and can confirm that we do offer partial tuition waivers on a limited basis. The amount is determined by how many applicants express need. The deadline to apply for tuition waivers has passed for the summer course period, but you can apply for a waiver for the fall course period (application will open June 1).

This is so awesome! It makes me so excited for going into medical school when I do, and not AS anxious about not understanding the material. Would this also help in finding out which science major you'd want to get? Anything in science I'd love especially BioChem, but I am anxious it'll be too hard to keep up my GPA.

This video has me thinking....do you ever think the first 2 years of medical school could be completely online and then clinicals in 3rd and 4th year would be in person? Just some food for thought.
It's already here, Oceania University of Medicine established since 2002.
I think it could be. That said there are definitely some in person aspects. Being personable is invaluable for a lot of MD specialties. You would miss out on this collaboration by having it 100% online.
hmmm yes, but dont you need to do the hands-on dissection and lab experiments during those 2yrs?
Wouldn't this just be like Khan Academy? But with a "Harvard" certificate at the end?

Hi Jesus, I'm a member of the HMX team. These courses are offered to Harvard Medical School students as preparation for their rigorous curriculum, and feature instruction from medical school faculty. There is a strong focus on depth of learning and the course are meant for serious students planning on further study.
