Im getting these videos in my recommended now that i just got a job at Walmart. I barely got hired yesterday, they still need to schedule me for orientation but in my experience they only told me to say a little about myself.
I've worked at the top retail prestigious stores all of my life. At age 73, I fined myself in a small town with Walmart being the top wage. My portrait art business can't support me. This is humiliating but I'm going to make the best of it.
Count ur blessings that u r still young enough to work. Make that money n get those benefits 🙌 Don't lose faith in ur art though... U will find ur tribe🙏
@@GabeItchess apply then called me, i guess i got super lucky with the inter view because they only asked me two questions, something about what would u do if one of your co-workers wasnt being himself and what was one moment where u went beyond. Also from where i am they were looking for more people for the job which is Online Groceries Stuff, so i guess that sorta helped me

Walmart puts you through too much of a hassle just for a part time job that doesnt pay much or give you enough hours. All you should have to do is fill out the application and maybe take one assement test but after you take the first test then they give you another one then another one after that and that's not worth it for just being hired as a regular employee. I can understand being hired as a manager or assistant manager but Wal-Mart makes people jump through too many hoops for that type of job. They hire some people that look to be mentally handicapped or old people and I don't see how those kinda people get hired there there is no way they are passing Wal-Mart assessment tests especially when you have to take tests on 30 or more questions just for a simple janitor or stocker job. With self checkouts at all Wal-Mart's now why train employees how to be a cashier since they have very few of them anyway.

When I applied it had an option to submit a file for your resume but it only takes that info and auto inputs into the education, career history section where you manually input your info.
