Holy smokes- I haven’t laughed that hard in a while! That looks all too familiar. My kind of luck! Found this channel and have been watching these videos this season and have really enjoyed them. I appreciate the fact that through any and everything that has happened, you’ve kept a positive attitude and haven’t let it get you down. We also appreciate the fact that when a lot of guys would be cussing up a storm, you choose not to. Carry on and good luck over the next couple weeks!

A lot of lessons learned for this young man. I will say this, he went thru hell (a lot of it self created) but he never quit. He will be a better hunter for it, and I admire him for putting this video out there. Cheers on a nice buck!

That is a real as it gets. i have watched hundreds of deer hunting videos and my wife always says there you go watching anothe video so i asked her to watch this one and she laughed so hard and said holy crap thats like hunting with you !!! this is what i like to think as real hunting because not all of us can afford to have someone walk a deer out on a leash to shoot or afford the 5000.00 to get on a deer lease we hunt the woods sometimes its good and sometimes its like this !!!! great video

Wow that was the best deer hunting video i have ever seen. A hard working young man successful hunt but thats when the real work begins. I hunt southern ohio in those hills and have had many debacles getting deer out over the years. But you learn from it. Long ropes and pulleys for mechanical advantage and a real 4x4 quad are must in these hills. Good job.

Tanner you man I swear are one of my top 3 favorite , you don't hide nothing and show what we all really go through but you never give up . You really should get a better 4 wheeler with a winch to make it a lot easier on yourself.and always carry a tire repair kit and a can of fix a flat on your 4 wheeler. I have been out in the woods a few times when I had my 4 wheeler and have to plug a tire and fix a flat it to get back to the truck.

I’d buy a winch for that 4 wheeler for sure if I were you and a long rope so you can pull one out a whole lot easier next time. Great hunt and video and I’m glad you didn’t get hurt during all that craziness!!!!!!!

Tanner, look up Simmons broadheads. Not saying anything bad about the heads you use one bit they do the job. I’ve used Simmons for over 30 years. 100% made in the USA by a Christian company. They make a head called the “treeshark” which is my favorite. I’ve taken 100+ deer with it and even marginal hits I’ve watched them fall. God bless and good luck young man. Come to Indiana and let’s go hunting.
