I’m amazed they think they can go back to the UK, discuss it with the children (one daughter is 4!) think about it, come back for a holiday, and the houses will still be there! 😮 In Sweden, where I’m from, houses are sold in a week!
True BUT having to walk stairs forces you to keep moving on days when you your body may not want to. And while that sounds like a negative, the end result may actually be quite a positive!! (I'm not exactly "old" yet, but with a very bad back that would prefer not to have stairs....but I'm mostly glad to be forced to keep doing them....I fear the adage of "use it or lose it"! )
The first house in Spain was amazing. So much space !! The outside noise of the second would be a non contender for me. The third house is also very nice. I wouldn't even contemplate the houses in Dorset. I would never buy a house with a flat roof. They always cause problems and you would never use it as there is plenty of garden space. So my final choice would have been the first one. Regarding the couples behaviour they are probably camera shy. I know that I certainly would be and I'm a pretty confident person 😊
I'd love to see an episode where it's a single older gent, looking for a small place by himself. These prices in Spain are amazing, and I'd love to know how much cheaper a small apartment would be.
Hello Craig. I agree! I would love to see episodes in France or Italy for a single older woman too! I'm currently saving like mad, and I would love to know what a one bedroom would cost.
The first house in Dorset was perfect and the first house in Spain was perfect as well Those 2 need to spend more time in Seville to make the correct choice
You absolutely CANNOT GET A BEACH RESORT ANYWHERE IN FREAKING ENGLAND!!!! It's shitty climate doesn't allow beach time!!!!! Just damn! Go south my British friends!!!
That first Spanish house is amazing! I would take that in a second!

At 27min46, Jasmine presents the most gorgeous SUNROOM I have ever seen!!
People buy houses with stairs thinking they'll never grow old

There are websites where you can look 😊 Many realtors in Europe handle house sales in Spain and other countries!
Can't believe they have children, my ice cubes are warmer than their desire to live😯also, discussing it with the children, what rubbish😬
Seems to be an age difference, maybe that could be a issue. I dunno really. They seem to be so different. I am not being mean this is my opinion.
he wants to stay in Dorset ! Fights ahead!
Omg when the mom said that one house didn’t have enough night life for their teenager. Uh ok 😂.
I wouldn't be wowed at all by those houses in Dorset. But then again, their budget is pretty limited.
Buying a house in Devon UK - may I ask are the houses freehold or leasehold

I think they need to live close to the North Pole, it would fit their personalities a bit more.
Tele Opinions Lol, they’d probably be awkward even around dear Santa Claus. I think they’re nice people at heart, but a bit socially challenged.
😂😂😂😂😂

Real estate agent in Dorset is so not talented enough for this job!!!
Oh but maybe DORSET SUX that bad!!!
The guy (husband) is annoying... sooo insecure, not even able to tell his opinion without chewing the words...
Be nice! He’s willing to try something new and that’s admirable !
