  • A "improv" based on the Mamma Mia soundtrack version. The original is way better, BUT the bass on this one is sooo funky so I had to make this. Enjoy

    I don't know who played the original, Gunnarsson? Whoever it was was an outstanding Bass Man. You my friend have done the man justice. Thank You.

    No words. You need to be good to just take such a classic hit, and make something brand new, not screwing it up! Your style is just great, so clean and relaxed. Also the fill-ins are just what they need to be: not too much, not too little, just perfect. As they are saying down here in the comments, forget about the guitar, go for the bass! Thanks for the cover, the world is needing more people like you!
    Chill !!🖖

    this one and Frederic Spycher are to me, the best covers of this song.. hot damn! that bass playing is butter. Especially all the little intricacies that Mr, Gunnarsson got to lay down on the mamma mia soundtrack before he passed.

      @MrSamnell  7 років тому

      Don't really know. I used to listen to this version alot some years ago. When I decided to record this I had not heard it in like 2-3 years so most of it is just from what I can remember and the actual chord progression of the song. But I would say it's probably 50/50 atleast :)
