    Hi sir. Do you have computation on this run -out? For example on 0° 0 , 90° -0.02 , 180° 0 , 270° -0.02 what is the computation or answere. Thankyou

    A questian, first you center the axel right? and wich points you center the axle before start check run out?

      Yes, need to center first on both end of the shaft before to start checking runout.

    1. what is the allowable range for runout value?
    2. How to correct the tge values which is out out of the range?

      For your questions 1) 0.002" 0r 0.0508mm max.for higher RPM 2) you can correct through the heating process by using oxy-acetylene method.

    How much is the distance between A, B,C and so on?
    The maximum shaft runout should be taken along the complete shaft or betweeen A and B points ?
    What is the maximum shaft run out vaalue?

      Approx. 200mm in distance,maximum shaft runout value is 0.05mm for high RPM Morethan 3000 is 0.02 mm tir.

      Location yan sir kung saan naka totuk yun dial indicator.walang require na distance dipindi lang sa haba at condition ng shaft at gusto ng operator.

    Ilan po ang maximum runout for shafts?

      Dipindi po sa application ng shaft sa normal 0.002" or 0.05mm for 3000+ RPM 0.001" or 0.02 mm.
