‘Effortless’ seems to be the common thread with all the amazing artists you’ve reviewed thus far. They all bring something different and unique to the table in terms of technique, timbre, range, etc which makes the world of music and singing such an enjoyable experience. You should def check out his cover of Sara Smiles with Allen Stone, it's sooooo good. Then dive into the Allen Stone rabbit hole, and check out the song Unaware: live from his mom's living room. You won't be disappointed

a little ray charles, a little Van Morrison and a bit of Bonnie Raitt - his voice is so textured but has such resonance too. then there's the rhythmic choices and his laid bad runs and riffs. Tasty phrases - I don't know that he maps out his vocals - sounds pretty improvisational - not unlike Amy herself. And in the quiet centre of it all - his voice is also strangely pretty.
Listen to him sing Lose Control with Kelly Clarkson. She may be his biggest fan. She sings the harmony/backup response to his call and her voice is stunning and sexy and shimmery. Kelly's got rasp too - she's got every color in her vocal palette - she just complements Teddy so well. It's fire.
I've seen him twice live....truly he's amazing!!!
