First of all, I love Jordan 2s, so maybe I am biased, but this might be the most beautiful shoe I’ve ever seen. And I appreciate your review of the shoe.
But what I really love is your analysis of sneaker culture and Black culture. Maybe, being a white man, it’s not for me to say, but I think you are spot on: you don’t have sneaker culture without Black culture. And I do think a lot of that is lost when people just see sneakers for their resale value. Sneakers are art, and they deserve to be appreciated. You nailed it!
