Here’s a fun fact.
I watch James Whitner podcasts. He explained the back story and inspiration of the Jordan 2. The A Ma Maniere Jordan 1 and 2 was originally supposed to release as a pack but more so the Jordan 2 could be more highlighted. But Covid played a part in that so it was separate releases. That’s why the 2s have pretty much the exact same details as the jordan 1s. Seen some people was kinda wondering why it wasn’t much of a difference between the 1s and 2s and the 3s were the pair that was different.

Was waiting for this video to drop once I saw that photo you posted. Was watching a few of your older review videos to pass the time. But I love 2, I prefer lows to highs tho tbh. Just love the sleeker look of 2 lows but these AMM 2’s I think are okay. They’re not bad but it reminds of Vashties collab or the Wing It 2’s too much so idk. Waiting for the Chicago 2’s to drop in October
2s, 3s, and then the 1s. I love the AMM 3s (the 1s did not do it for me), but I have been a big 2 guy for a long time, and this is everything I’ve ever wanted in an Air Jordan 2. It actually *looks* like a 2, which a lot of the recent 2 collabs do not, has an amazing colorway, and maybe even more impressive materials. Put them all together, and this might be the most beautiful shoe I have ever seen other than the Jordan 11 Concords. Not sure I am exaggerating either.
The quality on these are insane
This is a great pair although I think the color blocking translated better on the 1s. I'd rank them 3 > 1> 2. The 3s were just a perfect blend of materials/colorblocking with the only exception being the heel cutting 😅

I like that AMM didn’t go with exposed foam for their shoe tongue, I felt like Nike and their collaborators were getting a bit overzealous with the exposed foam. It was an off-white Nike feature that was becoming a Nike and everyone else feature.
Except it’s not an “Off-White Nike feature”? Look at the Blazer ‘77, Pegasus ‘83, Tailwind ‘79 etc. If anything, it’s the other way around 😂
Its not an OW feature its how the sneakers used to be made
They did something really cool with the union 2’s by changing up the style. The A Ma’s went back to that cowboy boot look.
I own the 2's and the 4's now i would like to save up for the 3's.

Lovely upper. I do not like the sole however. As they are, for me, it's the Jordan 3 then the 2, and the 1 far below these two. The 2s and 3s as a silhoutte/design are way more suitable for the clean, classy look AMM seems to be going for. If I got these, I would paint the midsole black. The midsole looks a bit too much like those (IMO) gaudy snake skin/alligator skin luxury brand products. On feet it does not look too bad though, which is why it's still above the 1's for me. With the midsole painted black, I think it would trade blows with the Jordan 3s for my favourite collab so far. Also something about this colourway, the brown black midsole and the brown rubber outsole makes the side profile look like a dress shoe with verticality haha.
the A Ma Maniere site hurt my heart, got in line with a 2min wait and saw size 13 sell out in 20secs…and since i got the 3’s and 1’s from them i had no chance on SNKR’s…smh
I’m part of the minority who likes 2s if done right like these AMM 2s.

they need to change color scheme though they are all the same but i have all 3 they are all good to go can go wrong
If the 4s are similar or better than the 3s, it might be another top 3 sneakers of year.
that stitched tag in the insole can be very uncomfortable, I remember removing one similar from another sneakers, cant remember which ones

It’s a great review and I really like the collab and the quality but as soon as I see them on feet I remember why I don’t like them. It’s just not a great shoe

I love these. I've always been a fan of 2s. I would rank them from 2,3, and 1. Tbh, I took an L everywhere and I'm not paying resell, so I'll wait for a perfect UA batch.
Resell is low on these and reps can’t get any of the AMA’s right. Just go retail and enjoy the quality
@@Andyyy213 it's $350 for my size which is a lot for me right now. The reps I've gotten from this seller have been perfect but I haven't seen if they're making the AMA 2s yet. So I'll either way till I can afford resell, or go UA.
reps just exacerbate the issue on sneakers. don't buy reps
@@whaiyun reps don't make the issue with sneakers worse. Resell is what makes it worse. Not everyone can drop $300 every time they want a shoe. UA's allow people to get that shoe they've dreamed of having without dropping hundred or thousands on one pair.
Retail from AMM was literally 297 resell was like 40 extra for me so I didn’t mind at all
These are pretty good but not even close to the 3s or the 1s IMO. The 4s could end up being absolutely incredible though from what I've seen so far
I got all three and definitely it’s 3,1,2 but I think AMM is really doing a good job with the collabs
