This is just one of the reasons I love your channel. Never in a million years would I think of making a wreath like this. It is absolutely adorable! Using orange slices for the house is brilliant and being lit from inside as well as the other lights makes it so enchanting. You are one talented woman Laura!!

Yes! Would love to see her reaction. It made me think of Benjamin’s love for the Christmas tree Laura put in his room, using little toy cars as ornaments. He pulled off every piece of string she had used to hang the cars on the branches so he could play with the cars. 😄 Wondering if Samantha would love the wreath like that if she could juuust reach it.
What an amazing wreath! You don't give yourself enough credit for such creative ideas. I like how you covered the light wire with the florist tape. I agree, leaving the grapevine is better than covering it all up with the moss. Great job Laura!

Man oh Man... that is just perfect! I love your fairy gardens, I don't know how you come up with all those ideas! I love it! I love it against the white door in the light, but then it looks so good in the dark. That is perfect, I wouldn't change a thing. The oranges, how did you think of that, an orange roof? And the mushrooms and butterflies. All you need now is a toad on a log by a stream. It's magical. You looked at a bare wreath, and transformed it into a magical little world.

My 9 year old daughter said, "she has outdone herself". You inspired her to run out to the garage and get her fairy stuff so she can make a fairy garden for the house. We will be going to town to buy plants. So fun! Thanks for the inspiration and winter pick-me-up!

Oh, my goodness. I scared my husband when I squealed with delight at the sight of the tree house lit from within. I can imagine the children's reactions. Such an adorable project.

Hey Laura! You probably already found a quick solution to the battery pack, but I used Command strips that holds up to 12 lbs. (used for hanging pictures), pretty much looks like a piece of Velcro. I placed the sticky sides onto the battery pack and the wall itself - leaving access to the battery towards the wreath this way you’ll be able to replace the batteries if need be, and turning on and off the fairy lights as well. This worked out really well for my grandson’s felt Christmas tree with little light. I just love this wreath! There’s always something magical about fairy gardens. 💖

The kids will love it. I can imagine them working beside you making this sort of thing when they are old enough to handle hot glue…several years off at this point. I don’t know why you get nervous. Your creations always work out well. Not having a plan makes for an interesting adventure. You have a creative eye. This kind of project always teaches us something. The florist tape was a great idea to cover the wire….a bit of know how knowledge you can apply in the future. Just love the wreath! 😊💖🦋🕊
