What is your favourite time to shoot and why?
When its raining🤣
on rainy days❤️
Sunrise, sunset and cloudy days with a 55-300 f/3.5 lens. Wooooow. Photos.
Morning, because it is foggy, almost no one on the road (less awkward because people keep on staring), take photos by standing on the middle of the road
I love the rainy days but my camera is an old A6000 which has no water resistant so golden hour :)
“There are so many people to shoot” not the smartest thing to say in 2019 in a busy street lol😂
Yeah. And then he says "It's actually a sniper rifle" too.
Well not int he USA that's why lol
Bailey. creative sorry didn’t see it
@Bailivez _ who cares lol
🤣
4:10 Guy is rocking SEEK DISCOMFORT merch. Yes Fam!!!
yeahh you know it brother!! (that's me haha)
Sietse van den nieuwenhuijzen legendarisch
EY YESFAM member lets connect.lemme know your IG.
UA-cam worlds colliding! Love it
Was trying to find a comment like this!!
If u shoot the lady, u gotta tip the lady man, come on!
just because it cuts doesn't mean he didn't tip her, I'd prefer him not to film himself tipping her over those fake ass youtubers doing it on camera only to get more money in afterwards with the video. not saying he did or did not but just saying
@@FulmoStudio maybe you guys dont realise that he has to have change on him to even be able to do that
😂
That's exactly what iam thinking,
@@tvcx12 what a primitive argument. Oh my god...
YoU cAn’T tAkE PhOtO’S Of StRaNgErS, I’m just taking photo’s he came into my shot. 100% gonna use that in my next argument
These are a frickin' blast to watch man - I'm gonna have to try and make one!
haha now i know where you got that idea from mate!
"Why the streets aren't Teal and Orange?"
Me visiting Melbourne for first time
Hi from Mexico I really love this kind of videos
6:31 when you open the camera in selfie mode
These POV videos inspire me so damn much, like I just wanna go out and shoot
2:10 people are looking at you like you're a crazy person
They thought he was talking to himself.
You will understand why when you doing youtuber.
"there's so many people to shoot"
*non photographers* - oh naw
8:10 Damn mate why didn't you give some money to that poor lady... Felt so bad for her that I almost shed a tear :(
Rosen Raychev that setup she was using would’ve been worth thousands if she needed money she’d sell it
actually it's only a few hundred bucks and that amount of money doesn't last long if you have to make a living off it. Also just because someone's playing music on the streets doesn't mean they need it for living, actually a lot of bands start on the streets. why would you say something like that as if you're not allowed to give someone money for something people pay for at concerts
I love how you breathe life into normal city streets, which is something I struggle but really want to get good at. I rely to much on cool locations for photos.
The City you walking through already looks like a dream wtf
I am still amazed on how every photo he takes is an absoulute banger
2:16 they jus stare at him like who tf this boi talkin too
"That makes up for every shit shot i have shot today"
Me: Jesus ...every shot has been good
8:21 whenever i shoot musicians or street artist i leave at least a dollar or two, to appreciate them letting me shoot them. Being kind is always a good thing. :-)
0:14 exactly!! i dont know why youtubers get so pissed at non 4k yet most viewers watch 720/1080p
"Im just taking photos, they actually got in my shot" 🤣🤣🤣🤣
He should give some money to that old lady playing a piano..
Bro! This is a real StreePhotography Motivation
@8:41
“So many people to shoot”
Wouldnt be saying that in public often its 2019 🤣👀
This gives me so much inspiration for my own shoots!
Love that he has a wrx and points out all of the turbo Subarus because that's what I do constantly. Great video btw
he's got s Yes Theory sweatshirt on, he a legend
It's a really cool way of showing the photoshoot.
“Right nows a really good time to shoot because everyone’s finishing up with work” out of context is hilarious
Might I suggest you look at possibly going to Toronto during the winter and doing street photography there. It gets snow storms (both light and heavy snow), but they also have rail cars and some unique buildings.
I just wanna sit beside the old lady playing the piano and have a lil chit chat actually. 🥺 I love her.
Lmao love how everyone's looking at you like you're crazy while you talk. Heard a quote the other "Be curious not judgemental". Gonna start living by that
I'm really loving these pov videos.. I'd love to see more.
Hello Mike. Them last few shots with the 70-200 were the ones mate. Love your stuff
If u need a place filled with snow. Go to Norway in the winter. Oslo is filled with snow in the winter, and Lofoten is a must when photographing in Norway.
It’s crazy how such simple shots can look amazing.
Come to Boston Massachusetts in the US! Snow | History | Brick buildings = Bangers
the only thing I'd say is make sure you go to a place with some serious snowfall but still know how to keep running and living life through it. London is terrible in the snow, we barely get a couple centimetres and the city comes to a standstill, that'd be only suggestion for snow, maybe Canada could be a shout? I love these point of view videos, I find really interesting to see how you shoot, and also how you think about the post production of your shots as you take them, really cool and I can't wait to see more :)
I love these videos. I have started to geek and become overly excited again about photography and I fall asleep to your videos everynight because I watch way too many and don’t get tired of them cuz they are unique. Keep it up.
Come across your channel last week, Love these POV video's binge watched so many!!!!
This is sick
cheers legend
@@NorthBorders cheers!
Gosh Melbourne is such a beautiful city! Melbourne + Your style = Always dope shots!
The old woman at 8:00 is Natalie Trayling a famous pianist in that area. Im from NY and its amazing how talent can go so unnoticed in 2019 and as the digital age makes progress this is the end result. Im thankful that sometimes we can slow down and appreciate those things. She's 84 now. If you love a great pianist shes worth a google search.
14:08 Saw that image on your Instagram, and I just fell in love with in. You have inspired me so much, Thank you ♥️
Montreal or Quebec City / Canada, in January ! It's white and beautiful for winter shots.
4:37 the dude has a seek discomfort t-shirt!
Awesome video man, love seeing the process! Sunset is my favourite time to shoot!
thoes photos editing are the best so far In this series, I can clearly feel the heat of Australia
I used to only do landscape pictures because for me it was the easiest way but now I shoot mostly portrait after watching the pov videos
good sunlight is always friends of any photographer
I love these types of videos so much it always motivates me to want to go out and take pictures too. I’d love to see a snow one!
I am new to this channel, but i absolutely love the guy. Likes photography and drives a WRX, what a lad.
i love that red thing for manual focus! makes life easier
big fan of the colour grading on this video
cheers bro I converted one of my presets into a LUT haha
North Borders what preset was it? Looks so good!
You guys should do a kit lens challenge and a bad location challenge 😋
Great video I love the shot of the lady playing the piano
switzerland is probably a good choice - in winter we have fuckloads of snow in the mountains 😉 and it's also possible to find black ice, frozen waterfalls and more
If you want a snowy City come to Minneapolis Minnesota in the United States. There's a ton of new buildings that were put up this summer and they have tons of really cool reflection shots
Every photo is a solid banger. Mike is such an inspiration. ♡
Love all the way from India! You are awesome!
id love to see your edits of this, peter mckinnon style. your really nailing the mood in every single one, im wondering how much work it takes you
2:15 the way all of them people are watching him like hes insane cracks me up
Come to Vancouver Canada during the winter! Very nice city with mountains and the ocean so many bangers here
Wooh man! That's sick color grading and editing! I'd love to see an editing toutorial about colors like this :)
Ur expletive language makes these videos so much better😂
You and the boys could come to Minnesota. We have plenty of snow here. Come in February or so. Will for sure get snow and ice phots here.
These videos give me encouragement to go out and just shoot. Thanks. These POV videos are great.
Could watch these allllllll day
You really make it look effortless
I'm watching this in 2020 and lemme say those pics are fire🔥🔥
Love how cinematic this one looked man! Killer shots as always! Need to get out and put my 16-55mm f2.8 (so 24-82 equivalent, that apsc life) through it's paces.
I'm always watching youtube on TV, so now its even better in 4k...NICE!
6:31 Mike's concentration face
was hoping no one would see it but its so fucking obvious ahahha
@@NorthBorders secret is safe with me

Mike, Come to Canada in 2020, I’ll show you around!!! We have lots of snow for most of the winter!!! I’m in Niagara Falls!! Only about a two hour drive from Toronto !!!
bro the shot of the woman on the piano is unreal!
cheers dude 💖
@@NorthBorders smashing it man!
I love your POV photoshoot videos! Keep up the good work my guy!
lol 2:16 the people are like are u talking to me? awesome vid! :)
This is actually dope bro! Good insight on street photography
Idea for next video maybe: showing and reviewing your new camera. Also comparing a DSLR to your mirror less camera and explain why your camera is so good
Your compositions are spot on mate 👌
Bro you need to just keep doing more of these!
