OK... I have heard most interpretations of this magnificent song. Szomor Gyorgy is definitely my favorite. Emotion, acting, voice, he's got it all. Best Gethsemane imho...
tWhen I sing the English words in my head along with him and then apply his emotion in his voice to those words.... Damn! It may be one of the best live version of this song I have ever heard. This dude seriously lives his role. I can believe every word.
I love the way he doesn't try to sing it all pretty-like; showing off all the perfect scales he learned in vocal school, not here, nothing but raw power and emotion, like he is crying. Isn't that how it should be sung? I like it.
After his masterful interpretation, all the others seem very bland! I love the way he did it!

Really, interestingly translated. When I translate for the stage ( usually Hungarian or Czech and Russian) I do this as well - it is VERY important to me that the original lyrics are preserved but also that the meaning and the feeling is carried into the other language even if some words are switched or moved around, but still mean the same and feel the same, so this is VERY WELL translated, but most of all FANTASTIC delivery. Nagyon szep!

He sounds like Sandor Sasvari at some parts of the song.
