    You guys are adorable! Your positive energy is so infectious ❤️🤗 Found your channel by algorithm recommendation, due to my search for reasons for sudden dog hind leg paralysis. Is what happened to one of my dogs a few weeks ago. He is not recovering as quickly as your pup did, but he is improving a little every day😊 I chose chiropractic and acupuncture treatments twice a week and anti-inflammatory supplements like turmeric, Boswellia, and green lipped muscle powder mixed into his raw food diet, as that is all I can afford to do at this time. Am so appreciative of your videos, that are teaching me even more about other supplements and therapies to consider trying. Thank you for sharing all of your research and practical knowledge for the best possible natural and holistic options for healing. For myself, it was not only the cost of a vet visit that was not an option, but also the potential unnecessary stress on a pet to go through x-rays, CT scans, or MRI, needing full anesthetic which in my past past experience having done that with another one of my dogs, I have sadly regretted doing so. Anesthetic is so hard on elderly dogs especially, to recover from, in my experience. Just sharing. There is no right or wrong. For any pet parent that is reading this and is is struggling in their decision as to what measures to take in healing whatever illness their pup or kitty has; trust your gut. Do what u can. If you can’t afford a vet diagnosis, do the research on line. Broken bones, things that require surgery, are of course not what I’m talking about! Much love and hugs to all that are navigating this new world with all the noise. So much information to filter, but is worth the effort😊👍 We are from this earth, and there are “weeds’ growing in your garden right now with healing properties. Fun fact: 60% of all pharmaceutical drugs are a synthetic replication of a natural plant in order to sell for profit in pill form. For those wanting to look deeper into this : one example….it is white willow bark, best known as “aspirin” now. Forgive me, as I don’t know if u guys have made a vid about white willow bark powder as a pain relief supplement? Still going through your past vids now😊 Thank you again for your time and effort to make your vids to share with us all what you have learned, and continue to learn❤️👍🤗

      Thank you so much for watching, and sharing your story. We really appreciate it. We hope your dog will feel better very soon and so happy to hear you're incorporating natural supplements, Chiro and acupuncture into your dog's healing plan. Wishing you both much health!

    Hello, I am a little confused. Video starts off stating that fish us not recommended. Then I heard that it is best to rotate different sources such as algae and hemp seed oil. So if fish oil is still in the mix, what is the best fish you recommend?
    Thanks so much

    • @PAWDEGA
      @PAWDEGA  3 місяці тому +2

      Hey! Thanks for your comment; I’m happy to clear up any confusion. We recommend rotating through different sources of Omega 3 since they have different nutritional profiles that benefit our pets. Algae is not fish; it's a microorganism that is consumed by fish. In particular, Algae Oil is high in the EPA and DHA omega-3 fatty acids, making it a great and safe alternative to fish oil.
      If you want to include fish sources in the diet of your pet, then we recommend feeding whole, small, oily fish like sardines, mackerel, and sprat.

      Hello and thanks for the reply and I have another question.
      I recall your video stating not to get salmon caught from the Pacific Ocean, which covers Alaska to parts of Asia. What ocean is your salmon caught in.
      Thanks so much

      Potent-Sea is generally speaking the best Omega-3 oil on the market for pets.
      To help reduce the spread of cancer, I highly recommend incorporating medicinal mushrooms.
      CHAGA MUSHROOMS RESEARCH:
      The extract of Chaga mushrooms causes significant tumor-suppressive effects on mice with tumors. In this study, researchers observed a 60% tumor size reduction in mice.
      Chaga mushrooms contain the antioxidant triterpene, and test-tube studies have shown that highly concentrated amounts of triterpene extract can promote the death of cancer cells. (2)
      Chaga mushroom extract may also be beneficial in treating inflammatory bowel disease (3).
      Purchase the highest-quality triple-extracted Chaga Mushroom Tincture HERE: pawdega.us/products/chaga
      TURKEY TAIL MUSHROOMS RESEARCH:
      THIS 2012 study found higher survival rates for dogs with Hemangiosarcoma who received the active compound PSP found in turkey tail mushrooms with no additional cancer treatment compared to dogs with Hemangiosarcoma who received no treatment at all. (4)
      Another study showed that compounds found in Turkey Tail Mushrooms inhibited the growth and spread of human colon cancer cells. (5)
      Turkey Tail mushrooms contain a wide range of antioxidants, including phenols and flavonoids, which help promote immune system health by reducing inflammation and stimulating the release of protective compounds (6).

    Can I feed cook frozen sardine for my dog everyday? Small sardine is about 14g for 1. And my dog is about 23lb. Thanks

    • @PAWDEGA
      @PAWDEGA  6 місяців тому

      Variety is the spice of life :) We recommend rotating through different Omega-3 sources such as sardines, other small oily fish, Potent-Sea Algae Oil, Hemp Seed Oil, etc. However, technically you could feed sardines on a daily basis in the appropriate amounts. Personally I would feed it raw, not cooked.

      Unfortunately, it's the same problem. Algae Oil is a more sustainable, safer, and more potent alternative. We recommend Potent-Sea by Adored Beast because it is grown sustainably and third-party tested to be free from heavy metals. pawdega.us/products/potent-sea

    • @PAWDEGA
      @PAWDEGA  6 місяців тому

      Hey Ken! Thanks so much for your comment! Unfortunately, most fish oil for humans would actually have the same problems of oxidation, rancidity, and questionable sourcing.
      If you're looking for healthy omega-3 high in EPA & DHA, we'd recommend going for Algae Oil.
