Mirrors is my fave BOC album - I actually love the female backing vocals! The track Mirrors kills - the "pretty girls can't look away" chorus is infectious.......

Loved this reaction and learned a few things in the process. Saw them 16x, including some intimate gigs at Chestnut Cabaret in Philly and the Capital Theatre in Passaic. On some of those nights, Buck’s guitar work was otherworldly. And the Godzilla head was such a trip to us head benders! Agreed with your list for the most part, though FOUO I would have at 4 with ST, Spectres and Cultosaurus ahead in some order. Love the jazziness of Cultosaurus Erectus and especially dig Deadline. Great backstory about a planned meeting with Phil Specter gone bad. Such an underrated group of musicians.

And it’s a good thing that BÖC never met up with Philly Cheesesteak! Unfortunately, it didn’t do that much for the career of the Ramones and that nutty cat turned out to be a REALLY bad dude as well!!

I own and love every BOC record. Also have Bouchards solo stuff. Its interesting to observe everyone's personal preferences.
    15. -Ghost stories (back end of the record, soul jive, gun, shot in the dark, dont come running to me are all good tunes; the record is marred because the first tracks are not so good)
    14. Imaginos (I almost made this record #15; its a bit of a mess)
    13. Club Ninja ( a few good songs)
    12. Heaven Forbid (its pretty good)
    11. The symbol remains (I love Florida man)
    10. The revolution by night (I like every song including the worst and cheesy anthem "let's go")
9 Curse of the mirror (one or two weaker tracks, the rest is killer and your right this record has great production)
    8. Agents of fortune (Its good but the most overrated in their catalogue)
7 Mirrors (Moony Crazy is fantastic as are much of the B sides)
6 Blue oyster Cult (Its very good)
5 Cultasaurus E (I like every song, particularly deadline, hungry boys [[looking for drugs on long island]], divine wind. I forgot about Monsters)
4 Specters (Fng great; a promo album was sent to my high school radio station 1st record I heard from them)
    3. Secret Treaties (consistently solid)
    2. Tyranny & Mutation (every song is unique. Very consistent- Baby Ice dog!)
    1. Fire of Unknown Origin (masterpiece. Side two is also phenomenal with "after dark, JC, don't turn your back, vengeance" Instrumentally, the band was never tighter.

Not quite sure how these albums rank as I do not own many. I do have the double disc set which has all the standard hits. I will say Take Me Away is prob my favorite song. Martin Birch is known for so much more than Iron Maiden. He produced Black Sabbath's Heaven and Hell (possibly the greatest metal album ever) and Mob Rules. In addition to that he produced many of the earlier Rainbow albums and of course many of Whitesnake's early albums including their American breakthrough Slide It In.
