So this short was actually a pilot episode for a full TF2 TV show that was set to air on Adult Swim. Because of "ValveTime" (they always take a very long time to make anything, if they even are able to finish a product at all) Adult Swim pulled the plug on it because they were taking too long in production. They already had lots of work on the pilot done by this time, so they finished it, released it with an update and called it a day. It's believed there would have been 9 episodes per season, one for each class, and each episode would have probably had an update to the game to accompany. The potential of this show will forever be one of the most devastatingly squandered content situation that I've ever seen, this would have easily been the best show on the network, Valve's writers really know how to do humor with Team Fortress. Another fun fact about Spy is that he's actually Scout's father, unbeknownst to the rest of the team except for Heavy, which has a moment in a comic where he references that he does actually know. When Scout says he's gonna put on the date himself, Spy's little smirk is definitely some fatherly proudness coming from him!
Actually, it’s implied a fair few of them know, as even sniper tries to egg spy on to say something to scout right before spy reveals the truth in his own way. It’s just that none of them have reason to bring it up really.
I'm pretty sure that all of them, probably excluding Soldier either from being intoxicated with lead water or was just not informed at all due to being a possible liability, knew about it. Since Spy isn't really the kind of person to reveal any part of his identity, and having his secrets being shared only through Sniper and Heavy doesn't really make any lick of sense (Sniper being a person he despises, and Heavy just being in a different league of obscurity). It would probably make much more sense if Medic found out about it, and through the years of working in the badlands, he just kinda slowly talks about it through other members aside Soldier and Scout, and they all just kinda confront spy about it during their off times. They'd do what Heavy did in the comics, off-handedly check if Scout knows who his father is, and then went to Spy and ask about it directly during a private smoke break or something. Probably why Spy has his own smoke room in the first place. But, hey. It's just an Inference. A COMIC INFERENCE! THANKS FOR READING!

The soldier's voice actor Rick May who passed away awhile back was dealing with throat cancer at the time expiration date was being made and couldn't raise his voice so Valve got Nolan North to voice soldier when he got attacked by the monster and yelled "I TELEPORTED BREAD"

Sadly this is the only official fully voiced show like one which Valve made. It was supposedly meant to serve as a potential pilot episode for a tf2 tv show they were going to work with in colab with Adult Swim, however due to various issues on Valve's side as well as overall issues between the two it ended up never being realized. As such they ended up putting this one cut properly as a video which came out on June 17, 2014 as part of the "Love and War update" or as fans like to call it the "Bread update". I while there are 3 other official promotional videos for the game and it's various updates (Mann vs Machine, The Sound of Medicine, and Jungle Inferno), only the last one comes close to this one in terms of ambition being fully voiced with new lines for a duration of 4 mins. That being said however, there are PLENTY of talented animators who made use of the same video editor Valve used for these videos to make their own HIGH QUALITY videos and those are for sure worth a view if you guys are interested in some more tf2 content besides playing the game. As a fan of tf2 since it came out back in '07 I can say for sure the game still does hold up despite the chaos in visuals and minor issues which exist. If you are interested the game is well worth playing and you can have some WACKY fun times with it.
At the time the Expiration Date video was released, TF2 developers released an in-game event where you could obtain bread related cosmetics and weapons for a limited time, such as a Bread Sapper for Spy, Bread Boxing gloves for Heavy, and Bread in a Jar for Sniper. The Bread monster also appears in a map.
A fun fact, Spy is canonically secretly scouts dad. Also the giant bread monster is sorta in the game it is part of won of the maps but you dont really fight it, you can also get some bread monster themed weapons and cosmetics, for example Heavy has a set of living bread boxing gloves
Well, you could unlock those three bread-themed reskin weapons during the Love & War update in 2014, but not any longer. THeyx can still be traded through.
Just for some added context around "Source Filmmaker": It's the in-house tool that Valve uses to make these official cinematics (as well as cinematics for other Valve games, such as Left 4 Dead). They eventually released it for FREE and that's why there's so many fun community made videos and animations made with the TF2 characters. It unironically helped create more 3D animators.
Yeah this was a pilot for a TV show set to air on Adult Swim, but because Valve takes eons to produce anything, AS pulled the plug. Valve already had some work done on it so they finished it, released it with an update and called it a day. Would have been the best show on Adult Swim if it went through!
Unfortunately valve is a company that does whathever it wants, and is impossible to work with, so AS just decided to not do the show. And honestly? can't blame them...
I *really* advice you to check out the dubbed comics and the rest of the cinematics. There's so much lore in this game that gets funnier the more you get to know the characters.
@@average-art3222 Agreed! I like The Winglet because you can really see their skill improve over time. Like in the Fedora Chronicles. First one is really rough but the latest is professional grade.
the amount of expertly animated sfm videos there are is so great that I cant even tell you how many there could be they are not always tf2 related but many do have the charecters and personalitys here are 2 good examples of it a requiem for pizza part 1 and 2 or pootis engage part 1 and 2
The second I finished watching the meet the team reaction I was vibrating in anticipation for this. Can you believe there was almost a television show of this on Cartoon Network?
I think you mean adult swim. And it would've been the greatest shows to ever watch, along with venture bros. but UH OH!! Vavle can't cause of deadlines... Go figures how lazy they are
In the game one of the sidearms for the scout is called "The Mad Milk" that makes it so that when you hit someone with it, you gain health for damaging the person soaked. There is a reskin of it where a mini bread monster is inside of the milk.
Soldier’s lines are so fucking funny from the delivery of “Dear god,” and “No,” from the bucket scene to the “I’ve done nothing but teleport bread for the past three days.”
If you’re looking for official videos from Valve, then look up Mann Vs Machine, The Sound of Medicine, and Jungle Inferno. Those were made for each update. But there is also a huge machinima community for TF2 and Valve even gives out awards for the best shorts, called the Saxxy Awards. My personal favorite TF2 machinima maker is The Winglet. His older stuff isn’t as good, but he’s reached top-tier quality these days. I like Australian Bloody Christmas Miracle, Burning Through Space 1 & 2, and his Fedora Chronicles series. All great vids.
To me this is the best video that exists on the internet, and on my deathbed I will shed a tear still knowing it was supposed to be the pilot to a full TF2 TV show we will never experience.
Fun fact: There was actually a planned TF2 TV show for adult swim a couple of years ago, but it never came to be. There was even promotional items with adult swim added because of that.
I'm so happy people are still finding these! TF2 was a big part of my childhood. I mean, I sucked ass at the games and got bullied by my brother's friends, but I was obsessed all the SFMs, official and not. I really implore you guys to check out the voice-acted comics. Comic dubs aren't typically something I'd recommend reacting to because pacing tends to be a bit slow, but they manage to pack in a lot of wit and insanity, regardless of format. Seriously, TF2 has some of the most batshit lore I've ever seen while still having a ton of heart. I would kill for a series with this cast, but it'll probably never happen given Valve's production speeds and the passing of Rick May, the legend himself.
I don't know but valve planned to make a series of short films like this with one of the streaming services but there were complications and was cancelled, they managed to make only this.
Sadly this is the last official tf2 animation worth watching I think. But there is an entire comic series with multiple dubs if you want to react to those. As for unofficial tf2 content I would recommend lazypurple’s “how it feels to play ______” series
Yeah, I played this game for so long. Also, nearly each video was an introduction to new weapons and items for that class. Especially with Scout's Ascot and various pastries and breads popping in with you when you teleported during that event. It was a blast!
Shoutouts to Rick May. VA for the Soldier. Carried so much of the comedy in this short and in TF2 in general. Taken far to soon, from a stroke followed by COVID. I propose a 21 bucket salute!
You should react to the dubbed comics of Team Fortress 2! There's a whole series of them made by user called The Beard. There's also tons of fan made animations, some of which rival these official shorts in terms of quality.
There are a few shorts/trailers that you could watch and a lot of tf2 fan content, I also recommend both trying out the games and reacting to the comics, there are two main people who have been doing dubs and they have playlists. The comics are great and you get to explore a lot of characters who dont have that big of a role here like demomans mom, blue soldier and red demos friendship, the snipers family, the administrator and all the characters you havent seen yet like saxton hale. Also a lot of fanmade content is worth checking out although most arent as good as the official stuff.
My favorite lines: Spy: This is a bucket Soldier: Dear god… Spy: theres more Soldier: no… And Soldier: Ive been doing nothing but teleporting bread for three days.
Unfortunately that was the last of the official sfms made by valve (that don't count taunt animations or updates for the game) however there is thousands of fans sfm videos out there. I recommend is the End of the line sfm by McVee as I believe it did lead to an actual update to the game while being community made. Another one I recommend is the Fedora Chronicles by the Winglet.
You guys should definitely react to Mann vs Machine, The Sound of Medicine and Jungle Inferno, 3 more valve-official tf2 animations You could also check out some fan made content, like TF2 vs Overwatch by the Winglet or End of the line
Nice, they watched expiration date! Perhaps next thing to react to is "End of the Line", a community-made tf2 movie with no dialoge spoken, really good video, a must watch!
Admittedly, this was supposed to be a pilot to a TF2 show but, unfortunately, the people behind it kept taking too long and missed the deadline so they used this short as a reveal for an update to the game (which, while it doesn't include the actual bread monster, does include some taunts/emotes, weapons, and a little bread monster as something that can damage the Engineer's stuff).
You guys could read or watch the tf2 comics, they are more focused on lore about the classes and the world of tf2 but still have the humor of the game.
The Bread Monster isn't in the game in the form the short presents it in. It's actually the end goal of the BLU Team on the Payload map "Bread Space", where BLU escorts a bomb (their version of the bomb Ms. Pauling used in the short) to the RED base where RED Team is protecting the Bread Monster.
Fun fact: This was the pilot episode for a canceled TF2 Adult Swim show called "Team Fortress TV". The show would've been animated entirely in SFM but production took too long so it was dropped. Honestly it would've been pretty cool, it probably would've made TF2 go a bit more mainstream and grown the player base, probably would've gotten us more Major Content Updates too. Also Valve and Adult Swim had already done some stuff together in the past like a short TF2 TV Ad to promote Venture Bros. themed in-game items. So it's not that surprising that Adult Swim approached Valve for a TV Show about their most popular game. It also understandable why production took too long, Source Film Maker is notorious for crashes, bugs and very confusing settings and parameters, not to mention it runs off a very old 2007 build of TF2, meaning that modern TF2 content like cosmetics and weapons would have to be manually imported from the workshop. It is an absolute nightmare to work with.
Valve hasn't done it for a while, but if you want to see some great unofficial look up Saxxy Award Winners. They are videos done by people in SFM, some with Valve assets and some with their own.
In Lore, Soldier gets ever more Stupid becuase the Water is filled with Lead and Gravel and Spy Is Scouts Father, but scout thinks its a famous Dead guy, who was also killed in heaven to hide that secret
Funny ya should mention that. This was actually the pilot for an actual tf2 show. Sadly valve couldn’t meet deadlines so it was cancelled. Still an amazing pilot
Also there are some really high quality fan made source film maker animated tf2 videos, like The Winglet channel's videos that I recommend you to watch as there are three very epic very high quality videos, the " The Bolted Behemoth" the "Live and let Spy" and the "The Red, the Blue and the Ugly" it is a very good story line with very epic scenes.
So about the bread... We got a bucket full of bread themed cosmetic items and a map called "Breadspace" where the whole objective is to kill a giant bread monster with a drill mounted bomb. Remember how soldier spent 3 days teleporting bread? A good amount of that bread was sent to the moon. That moon bread grew into a beast that was dubbed "Big mama" and began birthing tiny gluten D&D and alien references.
Fan fact "bread space" is a payload map thats based on expieration date where blu team pushes a payload towards a gaint bread monster in order to kill while red team trys to stop them form doing so
I would like to recommend you guys look up the Saxxy Awards collection of videos, it was an official contest of the tf2/sfm community to make and vote on the best user made sfm films
Lore Engineer can build 1 of each building and upgrade it Like sentry lv3 and that He can build a dispenser that gives metal, ammo, health and refills bars like throwables he can also build a teleporter entrance and exit and upgrade them if you step in the entrance obviously you appear in the exit one and they have a cooldown per level Lv1 takes ages lv2 is slow and lv3 is fast Engineer lore explained And when each class teleports it has a chance of spawning a different bread like Soldier spawns a toast and spy summons le baguette so all to know about engineer's default buildings
recommend SFM creators like Ceno0, Winglet, hoovytube Also recommend videos like: 1. SFM Turbulence (comedy) 2. End of the line (official tf2) 3. Zero to hero sfm (learn the basics of rocket jumping) 4. Team neighbourhood (comedy)
"Question." "What's your question soldier?" "I teleported bread." I never not giggle at that line, always love seeing people's first time watching tf2 videos.
For official ones there are Mann vs Machine, The sound of medicine and jungle inferno. Then there's The end of the line, which started as a fan made thing which later turned into a real update in the game.
Would highly recommend checking out the How it Feels to play series as well as some of the SFM ones, "Team Fortress 2: Turbulence" is a good one to start with.
If I remember right, this was the pilot to a Team Fortress 2 show for Adult Swim but a deal could not be reached between AS and Valve so the show never happened. However, since this was already done, it was uploaded. I could be wrong but I'm pretty sure that's what happened
if noticed. Soldier sounds pretty different on occasions here. The actual voice actor for soldier during the creation of this film had lung cancer and couldn't do all the lines. The yelling parts were displaced with Nolan North. The voice actor of soldier, Rick May died later on.
7:04 There _was_ gonna be one; Valve (the company that made the game) teamed up with Adult Swim for that. Buuut since Valve's kinda slow with content (I mean, it pays off, most their games are bangers) AS ended up saying "deal's off"
Y’all gotta watch the comic dubs that The Beard made for the official tf2 comics. It just expands on these characters even more and it’s so worth the watch (or read). Please do more!
So asking for TF2 video suggestions, unfortunatly this is the only major offical content outside of Mann vs Machine and Jungle Inferno. That said there are several SFM/GMod animators which either have TF2 related things or make use of TF2 Characters The biggest ones would be: Cen0's Pootis Engage and Its Sequal Pootis Engage Extreme Delak is a Gmod animator who does various animations using TF2 Characters STBlackST is a Gmod animator who has the "Troubles" series (Don't think its the actual name but I call it that), an ever going cinimatic universe featuring TF2 Characters. Kostamoinen is SImilar to STBlackST but with SFM instead of Gmod But Arguibly the most well known one is The Winglet, Creator of the Fedora Chronicles currently featuring 3 short films of The Bolted behemoth, Live and Let Spy and The Red the Bluu and the Ugly (Which barring Bolted Behemoth are 30 mins long). He also made 2 TF2 Vs Overwatch videos, Burning Through Space 1 & 2 which are set in the Fedora Chronicles Universe and various others Also a mention to the Animation "End of the Line" a fan made animation used for a TF2 update.
TF2 was the game that opened the door for things like Left 4 Dead and Overwatch. There was no reason to give the characters as much personality as they had because there was no story mode and it was juts all an arena shooter... but by giving them SO much personality it brought so much to the game lol

Fun Fact: The game has a whole comic series based around the mercs with some REAL nutty lore. Like magic australia metal.
I would absolutely watch a series about this game. I mean, other games have had their own series made so why not this?
They planned to do one but it got cancelled
Yeah this was a pilot for a TV show set to air on Adult Swim, but because Valve takes eons to produce anything, AS pulled the plug. Valve already had some work done on it so they finished it, released it with an update and called it a day. Would have been the best show on Adult Swim if it went through!
Unfortunately it was cancelled, and now the voice actor for the Soldier has passed away. So there's really no chance of getting a TF2 show now.
@@iminumst7827 I mean, Nolan North voices Soldier for a line in this short. He did it somewhat convincingly
You should really watch some of the Saxxy winners next, they're awards valve gave to excellent fan creations. "Turbulence" is a great one
YES!!! same with the winglet! He has the best thus far too 🤠
@@average-art3222 Agreed! I like The Winglet because you can really see their skill improve over time. Like in the Fedora Chronicles. First one is really rough but the latest is professional grade.
"Story of a Sentry" and "Lil guardian Pyro". also "End of the line"
ALL of the team Neighborhood videos are great. They’re fanmade episodes of a hypothetical show based on the tf2 characters.
The "Meet the Team" to "How it FEELS to Play TF2" pipeline is real yall.
the amount of expertly animated sfm videos there are is so great that I cant even tell you how many there could be they are not always tf2 related but many do have the charecters and personalitys here are 2 good examples of it a requiem for pizza part 1 and 2 or pootis engage part 1 and 2
Fun fact: this was actually the pilot to an adult swim show, but valve couldn’t commit to the production
Go figures how lazy they are
@@average-art3222 You know adult swim is cartoon network, right?
uh what the fuck you mean Disney plus right
In the game one of the sidearms for the scout is called "The Mad Milk" that makes it so that when you hit someone with it, you gain health for damaging the person soaked. There is a reskin of it where a mini bread monster is inside of the milk.
Soldier’s lines are so fucking funny from the delivery of “Dear god,” and “No,” from the bucket scene to the “I’ve done nothing but teleport bread for the past three days.”
I recommend watching end of the line! It's a community made tf2 short and it is absolutely fantastic.
I’d highly recommend the community made short: “End Of The Line”, it’s one of the best!
Fun fact:
There was actually a planned TF2 TV show for adult swim a couple of years ago, but it never came to be.
"We're not dying were going to live forever! " - Soldier
Sadly this is the last official tf2 animation worth watching I think. But there is an entire comic series with multiple dubs if you want to react to those. As for unofficial tf2 content I would recommend lazypurple’s “how it feels to play ______” series
So great to see new genuine reactions of tf2. Subbed :)
My vote would be for End of the line.
And also a real play session!
The thing i love most about the video is the everyday scenes the characters have with one another
I would love if they reacted to the dubs of the comics and Lazy purple's How it feels to play.
The two overwatch vs tf2 videos will be good to watch as well. Fantastic
Yeah, I played this game for so long. Also, nearly each video was an introduction to new weapons and items for that class. Especially with Scout's Ascot and various pastries and breads popping in with you when you teleported during that event. It was a blast!
And I just realized this is a 1 year old reaction video. lol!
"What the hell is that?!"
The appetiser
And yes, the bread is both the cenerpiece of a level and part of a taunt in game
I just noticed look at spy when medic is figuring out how long it will take for the tumors to kill them
You guys NEED to watch the MvM and Jungle Inferno shorts
Also Winglet’s Fedora Chronicles
"I don't think I could sleep without the door open"
Work for UPS for a few years and you'll learn
Shoutouts to Rick May. VA for the Soldier. Carried so much of the comedy in this short and in TF2 in general. Taken far to soon, from a stroke followed by COVID. I propose a 21 bucket salute!
You should react to the dubbed comics of Team Fortress 2! There's a whole series of them made by user called The Beard. There's also tons of fan made animations, some of which rival these official shorts in terms of quality.
Mann vs machine would be fun next. Also the "How it feels to play" series by lazy purple for sure
You guys have to watch Emesis blue it’s terrifying and confusing but also intriguing at the same time
Fun fact this was a pilot for a tf2 tv show on adult swim. It never happened.
My favorite lines:
Spy: This is a bucket
Soldier: Dear god…
Spy: theres more
Soldier: no…
And
Soldier: Ive been doing nothing but teleporting bread for three days.
A smaller version of the bread monster is used in game to disable Engie's machines
Oh right...! End of the line.... I totally forgot about that...
Scout: You look...uh...
Demoman: *DRUNK!*
Soldier: Round! Soft! No, ROUND!
Demoman: *BLURRY!*
Spy: 🤦♂️
My favorite scene in the whole short lool
The training session seems like a great Father/Son moment
You guys should consider checking out the “End of the Line” video. It’s fan-made, but it’s just as high quality as an official TF2 video.
you should react to pootis engage and pootis engage extreme (part 2), insane fan animations and action scenes on par with movies!
"put more suggestions in the comments for this, dudes"
The only tf2 animation they did in a year
You guys should definitely react to Mann vs Machine, The Sound of Medicine and Jungle Inferno, 3 more valve-official tf2 animations
You could also check out some fan made content, like TF2 vs Overwatch by the Winglet or End of the line
No Emesis Blue recommendations is crazy
Nice, they watched expiration date!
Perhaps next thing to react to is "End of the Line", a community-made tf2 movie with no dialoge spoken, really good video, a must watch!
Admittedly, this was supposed to be a pilot to a TF2 show but, unfortunately, the people behind it kept taking too long and missed the deadline so they used this short as a reveal for an update to the game (which, while it doesn't include the actual bread monster, does include some taunts/emotes, weapons, and a little bread monster as something that can damage the Engineer's stuff).
Fun fact; this is an actual map you can play in the game. You push the cart into the monster.
They should watch the "How it feels to play..." series from Lazypurple, pure TF2 comedy.
In Lore, Soldier gets ever more Stupid becuase the Water is filled with Lead and Gravel
and Spy Is Scouts Father, but scout thinks its a famous Dead guy, who was also killed in heaven to hide that secret
Funny ya should mention that. This was actually the pilot for an actual tf2 show. Sadly valve couldn’t meet deadlines so it was cancelled. Still an amazing pilot
Also there are some really high quality fan made source film maker animated tf2 videos, like The Winglet channel's videos that I recommend you to watch as there are three very epic very high quality videos, the " The Bolted Behemoth" the "Live and let Spy" and the "The Red, the Blue and the Ugly" it is a very good story line with very epic scenes.
the fact this could have been a whole show that didn't happen all because valve couldn't play ball with adult swim is a shame.
Fan fact "bread space" is a payload map thats based on expieration date where blu team pushes a payload towards a gaint bread monster in order to kill while red team trys to stop them form doing so
They're like a few more animations mostly with man versus machine update which are completely epic even though it's a few minutes long
I would like to recommend you guys look up the Saxxy Awards collection of videos, it was an official contest of the tf2/sfm community to make and vote on the best user made sfm films
I have 2things to say 1st welcome officially to the community 2nd watch the end of line it's fanmade but valve liked it so much it made it official
Theres a man named “Lazypurple” who made a “How it Feels to Play” series who basically runs down how playing each class means to him
Lore
Engineer can build 1 of each building and upgrade it
Like sentry lv3 and that
He can build a dispenser that gives metal, ammo, health and refills bars like throwables he can also build a teleporter entrance and exit and upgrade them if you step in the entrance obviously you appear in the exit one and they have a cooldown per level
Lv1 takes ages lv2 is slow and lv3 is fast
Engineer lore explained
And when each class teleports it has a chance of spawning a different bread like
Soldier spawns a toast and spy summons le baguette so all to know about engineer's default buildings
recommend SFM creators like Ceno0, Winglet, hoovytube
Also recommend videos like:
1. SFM Turbulence (comedy)
2. End of the line (official tf2)
3. Zero to hero sfm (learn the basics of rocket jumping)
4. Team neighbourhood (comedy)
I wish they wouldnt constantly talk incredibly loudly over the characters' dialogues, missing half their lines.
"Question."
"What's your question soldier?"
"I teleported bread."
I never not giggle at that line, always love seeing people's first time watching tf2 videos.
For official ones there are Mann vs Machine, The sound of medicine and jungle inferno. Then there's The end of the line, which started as a fan made thing which later turned into a real update in the game.
To add onto the suggestions, you should look into Crash Maul and The Winglets SFM films. Both are among the best at fan made TF2 videos.
Buuut since Valve's kinda slow with content (I mean, it pays off, most their games are bangers) AS ended up saying "deal's off"
Oh, and look up Harry10uk if you want to see portal animations. The guy actually worked with some of valve's voice actors.
Y’all gotta watch the comic dubs that The Beard made for the official tf2 comics. It just expands on these characters even more and it’s so worth the watch (or read). Please do more!
Congrats you have been selected among our shortlisted winners, contact the number above.....✅✅
i just checked your channel and saw you watch movies. definitely watch the tf2 film emesis blue. the amount of detail and story is INSANE!
So asking for TF2 video suggestions, unfortunatly this is the only major offical content outside of Mann vs Machine and Jungle Inferno.
That said there are several SFM/GMod animators which either have TF2 related things or make use of TF2 Characters
The biggest ones would be:
Cen0's Pootis Engage and Its Sequal Pootis Engage Extreme
Delak is a Gmod animator who does various animations using TF2 Characters
STBlackST is a Gmod animator who has the "Troubles" series (Don't think its the actual name but I call it that), an ever going cinimatic universe featuring TF2 Characters.
Kostamoinen is SImilar to STBlackST but with SFM instead of Gmod
But Arguibly the most well known one is The Winglet, Creator of the Fedora Chronicles currently featuring 3 short films of The Bolted behemoth, Live and Let Spy and The Red the Bluu and the Ugly (Which barring Bolted Behemoth are 30 mins long). He also made 2 TF2 Vs Overwatch videos, Burning Through Space 1 & 2 which are set in the Fedora Chronicles Universe and various others
Also a mention to the Animation "End of the Line" a fan made animation used for a TF2 update.
"I really hope there's more"
....*cries in canceled tf2 series* me too lad... me too..
Y'all need to watch the DLC trailers.
They are basically just mini episodes.
Mann vs Machine and Jungle Inferno come to mind.
TF2 was the game that opened the door for things like Left 4 Dead and Overwatch. There was no reason to give the characters as much personality as they had because there was no story mode and it was juts all an arena shooter... but by giving them SO much personality it brought so much to the game lol
Fun fact: this was a the first episode of a collab show with adult swim, but it was canceled because this took too long to make
