The Best Way To Clean Your Air Jordan 4 Red Thunder

- Hayden is back to teach you how to clean your Air Jordan 4 Thunder Red at home with RESHOEVN8R sneaker cleaning products.
Today we’re working with the Red Thunder Air Jordan 4, which was released back in January 2022.
The Red Thunder AJ4 draws inspiration from one of the more popular Jordan 4s of all time, the classic yellow and black Thunder colorway.
To clean this pair of Jordan 4s we’re going to be using the RESHOEVN8R Essential Shoe Cleaning Kit, the Cleaning Mat, and our Adjustable Shoe Trees. Taking care of your Jordans can be difficult if you don’t have the right sneaker cleaner and shoe cleaning kit.
Hayden started with the Soft Bristle Brush to scrub the suede uppers. When cleaning suede shoes it’s important to shake off any excess water to avoid oversaturating the material. This can cause the suede to bleed its color. The RESHOEVN8R Shoe Cleaning Solution allows you to clean suede Air Jordans without damaging the delicate materials.
Once all of the surface dirt and debris had been removed, Hayden cleaned the midsole using the Medium Bristle Brush. Because the midsole is painted, we want to avoid using any brush stiffer than the Medium so that we don’t damage the paint.
Cleaning the outsole with the Stiff Bristle Brush was a breeze. This pair is looking crispy again.
GIve the laces a quick scrub in the Cleaning Solution and we’re good to go.

The video was dope. My only question is what happened to brushing the nap back into place on the suede/nubuck? I was always told that's an important step when cleaning shoes with such materials.

Yo I got a question, I got a used pair of red thunders and I really need to clean em. I wanted to buy your solution but I'm worried that it will ruin the suede. Is it safe?
It is safe, but you have to make sure that you clean the entire shoe evenly and allow it to dry in the sun. I always recommend not using too much water, because you don't want to oversaturate the material.
Was it just solution that was used or it was mixed with water ?
We mix it with water, 2 squirts of Solution in a bowl of water.

your best bet is to get a few reds and whites, then mix until you find the right shade. Chili red is probably a good place to start
I can wear this shoe all the day bc doesnt get too dirty like metallics or fire red, and the colors are too easy to match

i have a question about my red thunders, the stitching part of my red thunders are turning white, does that mean it's fake ? because i've been trying to clean them but it never comes off.

We mix it with water, our Solution is super concentrated, so you only need 2 squirts of Solution into a bowl of water.

It won't, but it is super important to clean the entire shoe evenly and allow it to dry. Also, don't apply a ton of water to the shoe because it can leave water marks.

Are they the Red Thunder 4's? Is the material gone or is it just slightly faded.

I would try Mink Oil and Horsehair Brushes to see prior to dying it.
@@RESHOEVN8R preciate it & I just looked & does seem like their is damaged material on the tiny spot like when I rub my the suede that one spot stays the same color it’s not buttery like the rest, you think mink oil will do the trick ?

Did everything from the video provided for some reason I have these white dusty marks on the linen/stitch area all around the red thunders.

Yes you would. Very carefully, but also depending on how dirty they you are you may also use our Dry Suede Kit to keep the sneaker dry.
you never let them dry so of course they will look super black how about letting them dry then show the results?
