Hello Maneesha! If the EB1 visa is applied through Consular Processing (out of US), will the final decision be made only when the priority date is current as per the Final Action Chart? Does Consular Processing follow the Final Action Chart dates?
Hi Maneesha, My priority date is 26/09/19 for Cr1visa. My documents are approved I am still waiting for my interview appointment. But Current visa bulletin shows November 2020. What does that mean? Please advise should I wait or contact them.

You're welcome! I usually don't make visa bulletin prediction videos because to be quite honest, no one actually knows. In the past, whenever we've seen EB dates jump forward by a large amount of time, you see some retrogression because they had get so many applications all at once. This is an unusual year because the fiscal year started with unused family visas which got allocated to EB, but we don't know much beyond that.

F2A category is still current for anyone adjusting status within the U.S., but if you mean the immigrant visa appointments for F2A, most Consulates abroad are only doing limited visa appointments because of covid, but also F2A falls under the immigrant visa freeze until the end of the year....
No Sir. Most will try to jump into EB3 from EB2. Your only hope is 50% rejection rate across EB2 and EB3. The other reason could be many moving to Canada. Vote for Trump to make America great again and bring in merit based system. The rest can try their luck over the wall.
