Virtual Treadmill Run - Coldwater Trail in Goodyear, Arizona

Hop on your treadmill or elliptical and come explore the beautiful November desert at Estrella Mountain Regional Park in Goodyear, AZ. Feel free to run or walk as you follow along with the elevation changes on this beautiful loop trail from FYT Life.
This Coldwater Trail loop is actually a combination of three trails in the Estealla Mountain Regional Park. We start on Butterfield Trail, then take a right on Dysart Trail until we connect with Coldwater trail and bring it home. Try to follow along by adjusting your incline or intensity to match the inclines of the trail.
Estrella Mountain Regional Park is just southwest of Phoenix, Arizona and is over 20,000 acres. The park is loaded with over 33 miles of great trails popular with hikers, mountain biker, and horseback riders, a golf course (seen briefly in this video), a large wetland area and a river.

I really enjoyed this virtual run! Wide open spaces and a nice wide trail in the last half! Awesome!

A lot of this run is through a wash, so definitely wide open! Just stay away when it rains :)
