Matthew, what's the pattern he's playing at the end, under the violin solo? I've listened to it countless times and I believe it's a train beat. It sounds like beats 1 and 3 is a moeller stroke (with a bass note accompanying beat 1) and a straightforward down beat on beats 2 and 4.
*Drum fill* it's a drum fill, not a solo. A solo is an entire segment of a song dedicated to the free style, overcomplicated, and rythmic majesty of a particular instrument. A drum fill is rather a combination of notes that transition from nothing so something or transition from one beat pattern to another.
I broke my pinky finger on my floor tom rim trying to learn this 15 years ago without drum tabs. I learned it, but this is much smarter. Nice work.
