Problem with this lift turned out to be a under rated motor.. it's a 110v 30amp motor. But its drawing 70amps during start up. So we wired it to a 60amp circuit and solved the problem. If you don't have access to the power supply you can just push in the magnetic contact by hand and it will work on a 20amp circuit.
This is so old. I solved it by upgrading the breaker to a 30amp. It didnt like the 20amp. Their website says it only required a 20amp. And its supposed to only draw 16amps. But it was inaccurate
I have a twin brush lift to. What I found on mine was a lot of the wire were very loose. Check all connections that they are tight. You may have a bad coil on your contactor.
It is a voltage issue. You either have 115 wired into a 220v controller or the reverse... or its a phase issue, single phase vs multi phase. At any rate the issue sure appears to me to be power related, most likely you are supply to low of a voltage for the lift motor.

You need what is called a " high magnetic" breaker. It worked for mine

@@hill_customs6807 yeah I knew it was old. Mine was solved using a high magnetic breaker. How is yours holding up ?
