@@meganmcleod6152it's for sure what the thought he wanted but the punishment is to find out that what he thought he wanted was not what he actually wanted. Very poetic ending
Small detail I noticed about August!! In the scene where he's talking with Vincent and Nils and they tell him that he would have been better off not in the monarchy, there's a closeup on August's face where that realization is sinking in, and then the camera zooms in on the chess king next to the chess board in front of him. It felt to me like the show was visually saying, "checkmate, August." And then, in the end, this character who spent all three seasons trying to control the people and situations around him suddenly becomes the one who is controlled. Checkmate. Really interesting and effective storytelling/filmmaking.
❤❤ this. I also noticed how the piece was barely on the board. It was much closer to the edge. Like, he will keep being pushed to the edge. and for all the trash August talked about Wilhelm in ep 1 about messing things up, his mental health isn’t all that strong already.
@@meganmcleod6152 - Omar's facial expressions during many scenes was outstanding. I’m gonna go ahead and disagree, Simon gave Sara the right amount of anger. He literally changed schools for her and is always there for her no matter what and she couldn’t afford him the same loyalty in return (season 2) like imagine how betraying it must’ve felt for Simon. Simon is definitely a better person than I am because Sara would’ve definitely caught these hands.
I don't think this season tried to give August a redemption arc, but more to humanize him to the point where we understand that even though he got exactly what he wanted, he was punished, you know? If he were entirely bad, his ending would be satisfying for him, which it wasn't, and we know it. And that made me like the conclusion to him even more. I always thought he should've been criminally punished, and he kept coming out of it unscathed throughout the seasons, until we see him falling in love with Sara and then losing her and how that breaks him in a way he didn't expect. He always wanted to be part of the monarchy, he always wanted to be next in the line of succession, and when things finally go that way, he doesn't even know if it's something he would like anymore, despite it being something he still thinks he wants - see him going after Sara and saying that he would do military training in the summer, but he could still visit her on the weekends. In other words, even after Nils and Vincent further fueling his doubts as to whether being Crown Prince would be good, he still doesn't give up on his own ambition and ego. And we, as an audience, know how much Wille suffered from this, how he never liked it and never wanted it, despite only having the courage to leave now, so we know it's a painful path to follow. The series has always revolved around Kristina's phrase in s1 that being a royal "It's a privilege, not a punishment", and the writing does an excellent job of proving us otherwise - being royal is actually the punishment. August will now be punished with exactly what he wanted from the beginning, and it's all his fault. He charted his own ascension to that point, which ironically is also his undoing.
August got a poisoned gift. The crown was something he wanted but he realised it wasn’t that great after that conversation with his friends. I’ll miss this show
I disagree about sara. I sympathize with some of her struggles, but simon's anger towards her was 100% justified. he wasn't "taking the situation out on her", she WAS a part of the situation. I was happy about her growth at the end though and that the two of them made up. reminded me of when I had a terrible conflict with my brother once after he did me hella dirty lmfao, shit was awful but now we're closer than ever
I’m not sure about the “feel good” part. Up until the very very end, they can’t catch a break. They get momentary happiness, just to have it taken from them. I love this show, love Simon and Wilhelm as characters and as a couple, but geez, Lisa took us on such an emotional journey. The writing, the cast/acting, the music, the lighting, the cinematography, *everything* about this was so beautiful.
they put out some extra content called "young royals forever" that really showed just how much love and care they put into this show. i think it's definitely worth a watch!
I haven’t been able to stop thinking about this show since I finished it. . Finale spoilers: . . . . Felice and Sara’s conversation at the party in the finale made me cry. And then when Felice popped out of the car at the end 😭. The four of them being happy was all I wanted.
I agree and I would love for this scene to be talked about more. Sara saying that yes, she has feelings for August but that sometimes romantic feelings might not be as important as a genuine friendship and also love for yourself, is such a powerful message. It's something I have never before seen portrayed in such a way. Usually it's always romantic love that is shown as the most important kind of love and the thing we all need to be happy. But sometimes it is the love for a friend, your family or for yourself that you should prioritize. I can't say how much I love that Sara did that ❤.
When August becomes crown prince at the end, things come full circle to Season 2 Episode 1 when Wille talks with Felice and said: "I will punish him in my own way, you will see." With his renunciation of the crown and August's realization that the royal life is not so desirable after all, Wille has achieved exactly that. And August realizes this when he sees Wille leaving his parents' car - he suspects what happened. That's why you see him looking into the camera in shock
and not only that i feel like the queen knew abt the initiation and that’s why she made wilhelm and august make up and put him in line to succession, i think she wanted to ensure erik’s reputation was pristine
The one bone I have to pick with this season was how the adults in the show managed Wille and simon's now public relationship. Like what do you mean simon didn't receive any pr training whatsoever?😭 And why would they make Wille be the one to tell Simon to delete his social media accounts? I feel like so many issues could have been avoided or at least lessened if they'd had a professional just knock on Simon's door to explain what being attached to the royal family meant and show him safer ways to interact on the internet as a "public figure". Like private account? Second account for close friends and family? Never heard of her. Also give that boy some security detail wth. Why would they wait so long he was receiving threats left and right 😭
Maybe I’m remembering it wrong but in one scene Willie’s on the phone with who I’m guessing is he’s assistant and she tells him about the video Simon had posted and Willie said he’d do it himself. I feel like Willie was trying to make sure that Simon had little communication as possible with the royal family because he himself hated how he was forced to live his life
I 100% agree with you, and I personally suspect this was done on purpose. Based on the reactions of the Royal Court, specifically the older man (forgot his name), I think they were hoping for Simon to break up with Wille due to external pressure. They absolutely knew how vicious the public can be and they made no attempts to prepare Simon and his family. It would have been simple just to assign and few body guards and hand a list of dos and don'ts to his mother. If you remember in the 5th (?) episode of s3, the old man suggests that the family moves because their house has too many windows. I think he was using the situation as an excuse to physically separate the boys.
The amount of times you said "feel good" series, when I most definately did not feel good watching this series TT Don't get me wrong: I HURT good. This is my favorite series. 10/10.
Listen, August is trash, he is and should be prosecuted for what he has done because it's a crime, however I'm completely impressed with the realistic way the made him more mature, the details of him not following the crowd anymore, his sadness because the school's closing, while still remaining a detestable person at times, it's very real as a development, especially if associated to the fact that he's understanding the hard way that all the privileges and glamour he wanted come with a price, that he'll be forced to pay. Honestly, even if I'm a bit scared because we know that very few sequels are good, I'd still want to see how August becomes and deals with everything, he must be really different from Wilhelm.
i don’t like him. i just want him to get better. not hate himself so much cause he was like that before the video, and his eating disorder and anxiety.
The tears totally got me, as well. And I am a grumpy, middle-aged, Indigenous woman. I saw it said somewhere else that it ended as predicted, but I truly don't think that's the case. Not only did the show give us about five red herring endings, but as someone who lives in a commonwealth country, the ending we were given for real was actually incredibly daring. The show drew on a number of real global royal family stories to bring Prince Wille's world alive, and therefore the ending in that context was brave, daring, and yes - a tad "revolutionary". Plus, this cast acted the hell out of this show. They were total fire.
i find it soooo satisfying that the only thing august wanted throughout the majority of the show was sara and he never got her. his face when he sees wille get out of that car, he knew he’d be trapped in the royal family for the rest of his life and that was his real punishment.
he wants that. it’s not punishment he got what he rlly hated to be royal i think he so happy about that. as far as Sara he did have her and they were in love, im sure he will find someone else
@@meganmcleod6152you can tell by the end of the season he no longer wanted that. He didn’t vocalize it but you can see him thinking about it when his friends tell him the downsides of it, and when he wants to go away with Sara
@@meganmcleod6152i don’t think he sees it as a punishment quite yet, but once he’s actually going through it, he’ll realize what he has to give up in order to be crown prince
The ending had me SOBBING. I think for the same reasons - i was happy to see them happy but also realized this is the last time we’d see them. Such a good show ❤️
I also liked the show, although I have to say I was a little disappointed about August‘s storyline. I kept waiting for something dramatic to happen with regards to his ED. Like him collapsing while rowing/ training or whilst drinking because he hasn’t eaten and is therefore weak. I think maybe the show was trying to avoid typical tropes and didn’t want to go with such an obvious plotline. But I really would have loved to see him seek help or also speak about it during these „therapy sessions“ with the teacher (I would’ve loved to see more of those in general). Again I think maybe they were trying to leave things to the viewer’s imagination or to show that some problems are longlasting and it might take people time to heal from and others to notice.
This was so perfect a review, I'm actually going to save it to watch it again. This show was so perfect, especially for fans who were here from July 2021. Some of us learned Swedish because we watched the show so much. We consumed all the creator Lisa Ambjörn and Rojda content about what they were trying to say with this show. How seriously they took it made us all take it seriously. Watching insta lives of the intimacy co-ordinator Sara Arrhusius explaining how the scenes were created and giving us all a masterclass on what IC work is. The soundtrack intentionally chosen from diverse artists mostly from Sweden. Plus the cast, being so generous and engaging. Everyone involved creating the show respected the fans and welcomed the fandom to spread the message they were sending. Everyone felt validated and so it built over the 3 years. For it to be finally executed so well and concisely is the final gift. The amount of creativity it inspired is awesome to see. The fan art on insta and the fanfics written with really good research into Swedish culture are so impressive. I hope the people inspired by this show creatively, go onto create some amazing media, literature, and art that also helps them feel represented and teenagers feel seen. Lisa Ambjörn said that she wrote this show for her friends that she's had since school, with all the tropes and themes they would have liked to see. I think YR has a long legacy.
I feel like they can do another season. But this time, on august. Because there are so much questions with no answer, like what really happend to him during his firt year at hillerska, his food problem, how he is going to deal by being the next king, his relation with sara too, because i think that lisa not going to let them end it up like this. Maybe i m delulu but anyways 💀
speakin of the ending actually lisa (I think it was her dont quote me) did say that they filmed a version of the last scene where they had wille AND simon look into the camera and that wouldve destroyed me but it was just wille in the end I love this show and im gonna miss it so much but im looking forward to omar and edvins (willes actors) next project they are teasing a bit!! YR FOREVER!
I started crying when August apologized to Wille and didn't stop crying till the credits ended. 😭😭😭.I can't believe my favorite show is just over like that.
One thing I didn't get about the last season was the whole school closing down thing. To me it feels so unrealistic that authorities just close down an entire school because of stuff students did because if that was the case like 80% of universities would have to close down.
One of the bording schools in Sweden did close temporarily after reports of abuse between students, penalism and hazing had gone off the rails and a student had been burned with an iron by another student and more. There are only two bording schools in Sweden like the one described in the series, so Swedes think of the former real case during that plot. If the information that appeared in the series came out, it would definitively be investigations by the authorities here and if it turned out to be true the school would close most likely, temporarily.
I really, really love your thoughtful analysis. It's an incredibly intentional story. so beautifully shot, love the dynamic of class, race, power, sexuality, mental health - completely gorgeous. And the acting! My gosh! The visuals! The music! The scene at the lake really shattered me in the best way. I love watching your review because it feels like you also get it. These are the queer stories we need! These are the stories we need!! My queer adult woc ass resonating with these swedish teens! BUT that's the universality of beautifully told human stories!
OMG!!! Yes yes yes to all of your opinion! You hit all the important points of this show in which NOT all viewers could get and it's frustrating!!! Some people keep blaming simon called him selfish and annoying it made my blood boil! Your review is such a fresh air amidst many reaction videos that only understand the characters halfway. And, YES, PLEASE, we need spin off, I'm not ready to say goodbye yet; but also, this ending is too much powerful and beautiful, it is perfect to end it this way. so yeah, i feel you so much!! Thank you for this! Love this!! 😭😭
I am so sad that this show is over but I am SO glad that this show was allowed to run its course and not cancelled after the first season. This is one of the few shows that it NEVER dropped in quality and the last episode was just a rollercoaster of emotions. Wilmon is alive and well ❤🤗
I couldn't put this show down. I watched the final episode on the airplane at 1am, I must have been so annoying, with the TEARS. Best show ever (personally) Love the vids x
I agree, that final scene had them tears coming in HARD. What a wonderful show and I’m so happy but of course sad that it’s over. Glad they tied up a lot of plots 🙏🏾
This might be an unpopular opinion, but August was my fave this season. He really carried it for me. Don’t get me wrong, I love Wille & Simon, but their story got a bit repetitive for me & August’s arc this season was amazing imo. I’m not saying everything is forgiveb or that he is a good person, but he is also not a typical villain & I love how complex he is as a character
He is one of the most important characters of the show - his a catalyst for so much. So it makes sense that we eventually start to appreciate the nuance given to him and the growth he goes through. Having a complex villain played by a quite vulnerable actor has helped make the show so good. This is why he's a fan favourite I think.
ikrrr. people are so harsh regarding him. what he did was awful but its not unbelivable like this tuff does happen. im not excusing anything he did and neither do i think his issues justify it. but the way he was so humanised almost made me feel bad for him.
young royals really is a hit! honestly one of the best teen dramas i've ever watched and i'm so sad its overrrrr but hopefully in the future we get more queer shows like this because it really was something special
I actually think this was my favorite season. It went into deeper dives of other characters, had a lot more happening than Wilmon's will they or won't they, and had some interesting (if too brief) ruminations about real world consequences, privilege and class, unconscious bias, social media... It was the season with the highest stakes... for a lot of the characters. I also loved how tired Omar made Simon look, letting us SEE why he felt he needed to end it. He just didn't have the bandwidth to put up with the circus.
loved this season and your review so much ifl youre one of the few ppl ive watched who actually gets the nuance with these characters and especially sara and simon and dont just make them the bad guys bc its easy. this show will always be special bc it talks abt so many important issues but it doesnt feel forced and i really feel scene with what goes on while also having a beautiful queer romance... ugh i will miss it so much
I so agree! I also hope they'll do a spin off or specials about their summer or August taking the crown and how things change for everyone, anything like that would be so cool but not in the main show, I'm glad they stopped it there!
August is the perfect depiction of a broken guy with power, and there are many like him even in context of privilege. A sad sad character beautifully handled! I agree with everything you said but also i loved that sara and felices happy ending is to find each other rather than a man ❤
I was genuinely scared to watch this season knowing it was the last one.... Like I didn't want it to end... But I think I'm glad! This story happened, it was there and it will always have a very special place in my heart!
seeing sara and simon not talking was sad bcs i feel like the needed eachother but at the same time i kinda liked seeing sara work for Simon's friendship back because it was nice to see her like put his feelings above her own since he did that a lot for her.
it breaks my heart that this show finally ended ive been watching it since the first season came out and I was a young queer and had so much emotional attachment and related to this show so fucking much I feel like I grew up with Wille and Simon as well and they'll always be in my heart as the best representation of young love
wow you got me crying again! Thank you for your reviews! I don't agree with everything you said but understood very well your pov. The most accurate comment would be your review on Omar's acting haha. No just kidding, there were more. Also I do think August is going to take Wille's place as he has not much left, but this time he will take the role with more reluctance.
the beginning of this season was definitely very slow and they were trying SO HARD to make us feel sorry for August, didn't work for me either. Even tho i felt bad for what Eric did to him, he chose what he did to the others later. The scene where he was telling his friends about his line to the thrown and they were like ' urggh brother urghh' I DIED, because he's been gunning for this the whole time and he didn't even stop to think about it. That Felice x Sarah relationship was so important to me and i feel like if Sara had made contact sooner she'd have forgiven her because she was MISERABLE. Ultimately, i'm happy that F ended up staying with her instead of going to NY. For sure peeped the sapphic vibes with her friends too but that last encounter with Rosh was unnecessary imo. Overall the writing on this show is so intentional, also love that last shot with Wille, because in s1ep1 when the show was introduced he did it too, its just a nice little seal off. i feel like Wille was definitely harsh with his parents but they kinda deserved that. Simon and Sara absolutely went through it this season but they were eating everybody up lmao. The actors are the real MVPs fr. i love this how so much, can you tell? also love your videos, you be thinking what i'm thinking 💌
Im in a literal discord dedicated to young royals and talking about every single episode and analysing everything with people who love it as much as me has been amazing❤❤ this show has my heartttt
I think Felice was willing to forgive Sarah before, actually she did, but she didn't know if the image she had of Sarah was real or a lie. She did something so unimaginable, not just to Felice but to her own bother, so she felt like "okaay, this girl is capable of something" that fact that it was her own protective brother. If had been just August, I think she'd forgive her easier, but she was questioning, I think, whether the moments with Sarah were real or she was always sneaky. It's hard to questions if even knew someone like you thought you did ... Is not how much bad they did, but whi wre they, even? Was it all to get what dhe wanted? Is she willing to backstab again? Etc etc I feel like Sara saying herself, because she wants to, the her and Simon was more important, that meeting her was the happiest thing of her life. She felt honesty. I believe she forgave Sara before that, she just didn't trust her yet. As someone who didn't speak to my best friend for a whole year (I am an adult) after a whole kife of friendship, I get it. It's baby steps into allowing yourself to deep into the love you feel for that person again.❤ It was perfect to me
Alexander didn't get any lines or screen time whatsoever after pulling the shit he did in season 2 I was hoping he would get more characterization from him😭😭😭
Can you please do a video about ✨Zillenials✨? I’m elder Gen Z, born in 1998. I’m so happy that I discovered someone that talks about issues that directly affects my generation because nobody else gets it❤
fyi, when you said that three seasons for a high school show is a bit short and that they usually are like four seasons long, that might have to do with that your high schools in the US consists of four years. In Sweden, high school is typically only three years (if you don't have special needs, switch to another program, or have to re-take a year).
Just a reminder…. August had to sell his father’s land in order to pay Simon in season 3 episode 1. Half of his arc in Season 1 was trying to preserve his father’s legacy and keep his status through what his family owned. It’s gone at the start.
haii i cant agree with simon being "too hard" on sara. that boy always put others needs above his and that's how they pay him back? i would throw hands so he didn't do too much
I’m so happy you loved it I loved it too tbh I really needed that ending I was gonna dieeeeeee 😭😭and yes I cried when they did the recap of their relationship like Omg ?!!! The show is really gonna end ??! I’m sad it’s over but I’m happy that it’s over because they didn’t drag it so I really appreciate that about the show
The dating director in the BTS documentary mentions how she wanted to quietly subvert stereotypes with the characters. The popular girl isn’t blue eyed and blonde, she black with curly hair. The prince has acne, he’s not some perfect figure, which is also really good insight into Wilhelm’s character. I never noticed this until it was brought up but it is such a cool thing about the show I’m noticing so much more now.
I felt the season was done in a hurry, as if the characters knew they had to finish it no matter what, many plots were left up in the air: August's eating problem. Progress in Simon and Willem's relationship and a more realistic ending. It is a very unpopular opinion, but what punishment does it have for August to become king if that is what he always dreamed of? It really bothered him to be close to Willem, but what makes you think that he will suffer if he disappears from the map.
This is only my opinion, but I think the show managed to show us 2 different endings to the story at the same time. The first one is if Wille still decided to become the King. This ending shows that despite Wille and Simon loving each other, they're meant to pursue different paths in life. It'd probably be best for them to part ways, after having that one beautiful day in the forest together for one last time. And that seems realistic to me. The second ending is the idealistic one, which is what we got as the actual ending to the show. Wille giving up his role and taking back full control of his life is probably a rare possibility. But that gave us the perfect ending where they got together. And the fact that I'd be happy if either ending happened just goes to show how phenomenal the story-telling of this show is.

they put out some extra content called "young royals forever" that really showed just how much love and care they put into this show. i think it's definitely worth a watch!
the finale was so good, i dont think ive cried the way i did watching a finale in a long time. i love this show so much! im gonna truly miss it
wille’s look into the camera with a light smile and freedom was sooooo good a great comparison to his stern serious look into the camera
I haven’t been able to stop thinking about this show since I finished it.

Finale spoilers:

I hadn't read the scene that way but you're absolutely right. He realises wille is choosing simon after all and he will for sure need to step in.
Didnt he know this a while back when he was told he needed to hand over passwords to his social media and spend 10 years at military school.
@@adamjeffries7235 yep but he doesn't realise how much of a sacrifice it actually entails until Nils and Vincent explain it to him
Thanks Rumi, team I don’t fuck with August.. like sir idgf where’s Simon apology
No seriously, why didn’t Simon get his apology
and not only that i feel like the queen knew abt the initiation and that’s why she made wilhelm and august make up and put him in line to succession, i think she wanted to ensure erik’s reputation was pristine
and i think she was less sad about erik’s death and more scared that his acts would erect to the surface
The amount of times you said "feel good" series, when I most definately did not feel good watching this series TT
Don't get me wrong: I HURT good. This is my favorite series. 10/10.
Ik i went in expecting royalty heartstopper and i was fighting for my life all 3 seasons
Honestly, even if I'm a bit scared because we know that very few sequels are good, I'd still want to see how August becomes and deals with everything, he must be really different from Wilhelm.
i don’t like him. i just want him to get better. not hate himself so much cause he was like that before the video, and his eating disorder and anxiety.
young royals is a thousand times better than heartstopper imo
The way I ugly cried during the end scene. I love young royals so much 🥹
The tears totally got me, as well.
YR FOREVER!
I WAS WONDERING IF THIS WOULD HAPPEN AND I WONDER WHY THEY DECIDED NOT TO??? YOUNG ROYALS FOREVER 🫶
@@junedaniel2981 I think it is because this was a story about Willhelm and his journey, not him and Simon.
I started crying when August apologized to Wille and didn't stop crying till the credits ended. 😭😭😭.I can't believe my favorite show is just over like that.
One thing I didn't get about the last season was the whole school closing down thing. To me it feels so unrealistic that authorities just close down an entire school because of stuff students did because if that was the case like 80% of universities would have to close down.
and with all of the old money behind it i feel like realistically it would have been dealt with behind the scenes
Love this!! 😭😭
definitely not a feel good show. adorable and lovely but more stress, anxiety, and trauma than feel good
I am so sad that this show is over but I am SO glad that this show was allowed to run its course and not cancelled after the first season. This is one of the few shows that it NEVER dropped in quality and the last episode was just a rollercoaster of emotions. Wilmon is alive and well ❤🤗
The characters got their freedom and self determination no one can control them anymore except for August
haven’t watched the finale yet, but i know that it will make me cry 🥺😭
god I saw the last episode on my last day of school and damn I fucking love the series for how great it was all through high school for me
I couldn't put this show down. I watched the final episode on the airplane at 1am, I must have been so annoying, with the TEARS. Best show ever (personally)
Love the vids x
I agree, that final scene had them tears coming in HARD. What a wonderful show and I’m so happy but of course sad that it’s over. Glad they tied up a lot of plots 🙏🏾
Blood and Water Rumi. Pls 😢
I’m the BIGGEST august sympathiser
He just didn't have the bandwidth to put up with the circus.
loved this season and your review so much ifl youre one of the few ppl ive watched who actually gets the nuance with these characters and especially sara and simon and dont just make them the bad guys bc its easy. this show will always be special bc it talks abt so many important issues but it doesnt feel forced and i really feel scene with what goes on while also having a beautiful queer romance... ugh i will miss it so much
The way Rumi tries his best to pronounce their names correctly is so cuteee
fighting for my life fr lmaoo
I lowkey want a mini spinoff or movie centered around august
young royals is just too good. I MISS IT ALREADY. gonna be so hard to let go ;(
I was waiting for your review, you’ve been with us since the beginning 😭 and in so happy you liked it, it truly was the best season out of the three
seeing sara and simon not talking was sad bcs i feel like the needed eachother but at the same time i kinda liked seeing sara work for Simon's friendship back because it was nice to see her like put his feelings above her own since he did that a lot for her.
Also dressing up for the occasion !! So real of you ^^
it breaks my heart that this show finally ended ive been watching it since the first season came out and I was a young queer and had so much emotional attachment and related to this show so fucking much I feel like I grew up with Wille and Simon as well and they'll always be in my heart as the best representation of young love
the paroles in this went crazy-episode 5 in season 2&3 simon wears the same black pj pants
Young Royals is a masterclass on how to write a humanised villain/anti-protagonist.
I can't help but feel bad for August.
wow you got me crying again! Thank you for your reviews! I don't agree with everything you said but understood very well your pov.
The most accurate comment would be your review on Omar's acting haha. No just kidding, there were more.
Also I do think August is going to take Wille's place as he has not much left, but this time he will take the role with more reluctance.
I didn't watch the show, but I love listening to imuRgency's voice and his take on things.
I’ve been waiting for this video as soon as I finished Young Royals
the beginning of this season was definitely very slow and they were trying SO HARD to make us feel sorry for August, didn't work for me either.
Someone give these kids an Oscar or something
High school, middle school, and such are only 3 years in Sweden so I find that 3 seasons were quite fitting.
i’m BEGGING for an august spin off of him as king or crown prince or sum
Etc etc
I feel like Sara saying herself, because she wants to, the her and Simon was more important, that meeting her was the happiest thing of her life. She felt honesty.
I believe she forgave Sara before that, she just didn't trust her yet.
As someone who didn't speak to my best friend for a whole year (I am an adult) after a whole kife of friendship, I get it. It's baby steps into allowing yourself to deep into the love you feel for that person again.❤
It was perfect to me
Alexander didn't get any lines or screen time whatsoever after pulling the shit he did in season 2 I was hoping he would get more characterization from him😭😭😭
The way this show made me sob every single season!!! But the last episode of season 3 hit me different i was crying like a baby
I have to watch your video at least three times because you packed *so* much into it!
I cried so much E5-E6!
it was truly a perfect finale
I expected some tears but the way this season wrecked me omg. It’s actually crazy that it’s over now
Can you please do a video about ✨Zillenials✨? I’m elder Gen Z, born in 1998.
We’re a micro-generation that specifically feels too old to relate to younger Gen Z, but STILL young enough to not consider ourselves to be Millennials necessarily either (although Elder Gen Z is old enough to share some early childhood memories with younger Millenials)
I’m so happy I discovered your channel. I’m so happy that I discovered someone that talks about issues that directly affects my generation because nobody else gets it❤
The little montage at the enddddddddd that broke me 🥹🥹🥹🥹🥹🥹
fyi, when you said that three seasons for a high school show is a bit short and that they usually are like four seasons long, that might have to do with that your high schools in the US consists of four years. In Sweden, high school is typically only three years (if you don't have special needs, switch to another program, or have to re-take a year).
girl i need ur reaction to the heartbreak high s2 trailer
completely unrelated but the bg music in this video is bomb!
shoutout to my editor Carlos!!
It was a HIT. The writers ate thatttt.🤭
I wasn’t expecting to cry during the series but I did like what the heck 😭😂
I was waiting on your review
Yeah I’m really sad it is over! 😢
That is why i I’m back to you for listen to your talks a second time. 🙋♀️🎶🇸🇪
So glad for the happy ending though! 💜
High School in Continental Europe and the Nordics are 3 years - the US is an outlier 😅❤
Just a reminder…. August had to sell his father’s land in order to pay Simon in season 3 episode 1. Half of his arc in Season 1 was trying to preserve his father’s legacy and keep his status through what his family owned. It’s gone at the start.
haii i cant agree with simon being "too hard" on sara. that boy always put others needs above his and that's how they pay him back? i would throw hands so he didn't do too much
Dude “highschool” is not 4 yrs everywhere in the world, that’s just something the us started haha
Blood and water S4 review!!!
ok but August and Sara are so cute 😭
I been waiting for you’re review 💜💜💜
Earlyyy I love your videos I couldn’t wait for this one
This show changed my outlook on life and art forever
Simon is my everything 💜💜💜 Adore this little curly angel
I felt the season was done in a hurry, as if the characters knew they had to finish it no matter what, many plots were left up in the air:
August's eating problem.
Progress in Simon and Willem's relationship and a more realistic ending.
It is a very unpopular opinion, but what punishment does it have for August to become king if that is what he always dreamed of? It really bothered him to be close to Willem, but what makes you think that he will suffer if he disappears from the map.
One of the most satisfied end of the show ❤
I just adored this show so much. Like Heartstopper it just makes my queer heart happy
😭 i just finished the series and the behind the scenes on netflix and i 😭😭😭😭😭😭 AAAA My HEART!!!
I just finished and I don’t know what to do with my life
