Thanks! Did you also find Jerusalems? 😁
@@dr.schnuffelpou2316 Look up "Wesley Research Institute CSA"! Taina is at 0:08 and Jerusalem is at 0:17
@@arz6527 Thank you! ☺
WTF are y'all talking about?
Watching Leonardo and thinking how many children weren't even born yet...
I miss this dreamworld, I wish they would focus more on themed lands again
As an American I always wanted to visit Australian theme Parks and its even on my bucket list
Mine too.
And who likes Warner Bros and Dreamworks animation and Wiggles instead of Disney?
Leonardo at 11:05 and 11:11. He looks so much like Romeo!
Harriet West yea he does hahaha
Who the fuck is Leonardo
@@darthilli its a very niche thing. I wouldn't worry about it
Also 10:59 ?
I'd say the two most catchy ads would be the Dreamworld Holiday Ads and the So many Worlds in One
I still remember that 1988 theme, Oh memories. Take a Dreamworld 1 day holiday.
They still use that one and the 1st on in the park 😐
They play it on the train a lot and I’ve heard it around the park a couple times a day
The 2004 ad for The Claw got me so hyped. I remember being a kid and begging my dad to take me after seeing that ad.
Similar to that, because the steel taipan might be opening soon, I wanna try get over my fear of roller coasters with the steel taipan.
As an American, I was always interested with the many different theme parks across Australia. Even though the country isn't loaded with parks, they do offer some world-class coasters (i.e. DC Rivals Hypercoaster, Steel Taipan, and The Big Dipper). I'm especially intrigued with Dreamworld, since they removed the Eureka Mountain Mine Ride and Buzzsaw.
Despite having a rather "rocky" time over the last few years, we seen the park starting to improve at great speed. Dreamworld is starting to move into a stage where they're more focused on teenagers and adults compared to children and kids. Even though it's considered good news for some cases, it means that the park has let their ABC Kids World and other children's area to rot. It is a terrible sight to witness.
Honestly, after adding Steel Taipan to their coaster lineup, I think that they should close ABC Kids World to give it some attention. Overall, Dreamworld is been doing an amazing job with all the struggles that they are facing with, and I look forward to see what's on the horizon.
Buzzsaw is still in Australia, you can now ride it at Gumbuya World in Victoria, which is slowly expanding into a full Theme Park.
Personally I think Dreamworld should do a proper deal with DreamWorks and rebuild their Children's area as a full on DreamWorks animation zone. The ABC children's licence is not as popular as it used to be.
@@colliric Interesting idea
@@colliric there is no way you would choose Victoria over Queensland if you're flying over for theme parks and attractions though.
@@goodshipkaraboudjan can't argue with that.
Love how we are all here for Leonardo hah xx
Emma Dean WHO IS LEONARDO????

T_T the childhood memories, I remember going to Dreamworld when they had these dinosaur animatronics? I think & they were the BEST memories
There used to be a T-rex in the cave on the river rapids.
I still sing the 80s one day everyday holiday and the xxxx ad (i can fern a xxxx coming on) at least 10 times a year out of the blue.

Aahhh memories! I can remember those ads on TV, well the ones from 2000 - 2010. I will only remember Dreamworld when I went as a child though, not the 'now' Dreamworld. Back in the day it was all about families and fun, now it's about filling up the CEO and upper managements pockets! Should be renamed Shabbyworld!
Dreamworld is gonna be 40 next year jeez

The first about 9 ads are scary asf ngl
I'm from the UK-And have been to many Australia Theme Parks over the years, How comes you didn't start it from when it first opened in the early 80's in 81?
Couldn't find any ads from 1981-84.
@@Gary86 There was an advert from 1982 on here but now its gone for some reason, There is still some home video footage though on UA-cam from 81-84 though Are you Australian?
I'm Australian. I have a classic Young Talent Time clip filmed at Dreamworld around 1982 (not much there back then). Uploading that one next year.
@@Gary86 Well G'day mate lol, I wouldn't say you didn't have much there back in very late 1981 and whole year of 1982 I mean you had rides + themed areas like: Thunderbolt, Grand Prix,
Red Baron, Captain Sturt Paddle Wheeler, with the land Rivertown, Country Fair themed area opened with couple of rides including Thunderbolt as you know
Also-Gum Tree Gully opened in the May of 82
And also 6 months before that when it opened it in very late 1981 it had-Main Street - Imax Theatre
Central Station - Rocky Hollow
City Hall - Log Ride
+ Captain Sturt Paddle Wheeler with Rivertown as I mentioned above
Cannon Ball Express (now the Dreamworld Express) as you know..................................So the one your putting up was you in the Talent clip
Have you ever been to the UK and if so when/where
Haven't been overseas yet. Was at Dreamworld yesterday it's not that great now, needs to be sold to a decent theme park operated. All the great attractions you mentioned have either been demolished or destroyed :( The IMAX is becoming a flying theater but they replaced the original Disney style facade with an out of place modern one. The train was replaced with a crappy tractor made up to look like a train. The log ride has ugly looking canopies on the logs and caves removed replaced with nothing and Gold Rush Country is now just a huge empty pile of dirt.
My dad is in the wipeout ad he told me
yay yhe advets are backi couldent find them anymore on youtube becaust they got deleted

Tom tonka yes, the “do more what you like” campaign.. the most catchy one!
3:11 what ride was that called and when did it get taken down because I remember it when I was a baby and I was terrified lol. But then I remember the next time I came back it was like when Nickelodeon was around
And btw if your saying I was too young to go on that ride what I mean was I was watching
That was the Enterprise later rethemed to Reef Diver. Closed 2014 and replaced by Tail Spin.
I went on there when I was like 5, the health policy has stricken
I miss the tower of tower
