@@vidizha There is a thing called "spoons" and "forks"
I prefer large paddle hair brush with soft ends for thick hair. They work like magic for both wet and dry hair with minimum breakage. I did try the tangle teezer but the bristles are not long enough to penetrate thick hair, too narrow which leads to breakage and they also hurt the scalp. My favorite is Vega E18-PB Paddle brush with cleaner. It's cushioned and hassle-free to use.

first you need to get your hormones tested-like thyroid, pcod. Vitamin d deficiencies could also lead to hairfall. Scalp infections like dandruff & seborrheic dermatitis could be another reason. Consume vitamins, have a protein rich diet and keep your scalp clean

It happens wid me also what i do is i apply oil just 30 mins before washing it works do give it a try
Massage gently also dont use too much oil, massage your scalp and lastly add some oil on ends that's it.
yes that used to happen to me as well but i learned that coconut oil is not for everyone and like @PrabhKaur said black seed oil is amazing

Conditioners hardly have sulphates. The ingredient which you need to avoid in conditioners is silicone.

I was really interested in the herbal essences argan oil of Morocco shampoo and conditioner but when I was looking at the ingredients in Amazon it had dimethicone in it
Dimethicone is a silicon which is not good for curly hair so I wouldn't recommend tk use it.
Ps : I'm not a hairstylist or a hair specialist. I just searched on Google "is dimethicone good for curly hair" and found a website which informed that it should be avoided

get a serum for split ends . You'll get in nykaa and get a shampoo for strengthening. Take a test and see if you're vitamin deficient. Eat lot of fruits, veggies , meat , fish , egg etc. Donot expose your hair for too long in the sun or wear a scarf always even in sun and while travelling. Hope this helps.❤️
