@@luvvreni Haha omg yes, it can't hold a charge for longer than 15 minutes or so, so it needs to be plugged into the wall at all times. I can't update any apps anymore, but I've been using my friends laptop at school when we can to edit my photos for class etc. It's been a NIGHTMARE

just wondering why did you choose the air over the pro especially because you do a lot of video editing and youtubers always complain about the air being too slow, heating up, and crashing while using final cut pro, etc.
Idk why anyone would buy this Mac for work it basically has a iPhone processor and doesn’t work with x86 apps natively you have to emulate them so the performance is not good
@@user-fz4mv3bk4z it is faster for native apps but the top of the line 16" would be a much better option for anything else especially video editing. if it was better than the top of the line 16" they would've released a 16" w the m1 lineup

I JUSTT GOT A MACBOOK PRO AND UPDATED IT TO THE NEW SOFTWARE FOR YOUR VIDEO TOMORROW!!!!!! (I USED TO HAVE A SUPER OLD MACBOOK AIR FROM 2012 AND IT WAS DEAD LOLL)
@@NAIDELYN the pro and the air both use the m1 chip so there’s not much difference in speed. the main difference is the touch bar and the pro has better battery
@@bf6291 very true.. but tests from people who actually have both are showing that the speeds are about the same. the m1 chip runs very cool, making the fan almost useless unless you're doing super intense tasks which you probably wont
I definitely think the new dedicated emoji button is awesome, but for anyone that doesn’t know there is an emoji shortcut if you don’t have that button. It’s just Command+Control+Space, not quite as east but it works.
