Not really sure how it works but the melody sounds different based on which character is winning if that makes sense. So if Arizona is winning when you hear an electric guitar. And if velvet is winning you hear bells jingle. But if you just saw arizona jumping on her hooves. Thats just her idle animation

My favorite has to be the Woodlands(Oleander's stage) when both are in a tie. It's just a shame not a lot of games do that.
The fact that you can continue beating them up even after you KO them is just dirty
