I never usually like peoples what I eat in a week videos because they are either very staged, unrealistic to make and so forth. But you have the best ones. Everything you make and eat is very simple (which is how most people eat) and easy. I always get new ideas like that hummus and mushroom toast WOW.
As someone who’s struggling with relationship with food, i feel so relaxed watching your videos. And i love how you spread positivity and love in the intro ❤️ you’re the best youtuber Lindsey! Keep up the good work!
THANK YOU FOR PROMOTING A HEALTHY RELATIONSHIP WITH FOOD. i’ve been struggling with eating disorders and restriction for so long. thank you for not perpetuating those ideals- you’re lovely🧚🏻♀️
i love these videos and i’m so glad you defended yourself in the intro! how you live your life is your business and as long as you feel happy and healthy, that’s what matters!
Linsey! I started going vegan because these videos have inspired me. I've used your recipes and I'm on my last week (of 1 month of veganism). It really opened my mind on the ethics and environmental impact of food. Thank you and please do more of these videos!
I like your what I eat in a week videos because I can tell that it's genuine and these meals are part of a busy life. Occasionally you'll skip a meal and end up having a snack late at night and that's just the way it is! I work full time now and there's just not always time for everything, so seeing that reflected on UA-cam AND getting great recipe input is awesome. I adapted your mushroom hummus toast with spicy hummus and a bagel this morning and it's BOMB!
Lindsey, I cannot express how much I admire you! You inspire me to make healthier choices- both for my mental health and physical health. It is nice to see you still eat "comfort foods" and not follow an insanely strict or "raw" vegan diet. You've inspired me to eat more plant-based (I'm currently vegetarian but reallllly would like to cut out dairy), but also you've inspired me to take care of my mental health (I have my first therapist appointment on Friday). Thank you for being you and its so wonderful to see how you've grown into this confident, conscious and sweet young woman
I can't believe anyone would be negative about your "What I Eat in a Week" videos. When you posted the last one I used those recipes for about 2-3 weeks and managed to go almost entirely plant-based for that long! Because I was so obsessed with the meals! Isn't that enough for people? Even if you encouraged every person to only make 1 plant-based meal a week ... imagine the eventual impact ... KEEP DOING YOU GIRLY!
Thanks for sharing these ideas! I'm not vegan but love integrating plant-based foods into my diet as much as possible, and videos like this really help. As for the negative comments on your previous video, I didn't see them but remember thinking after watching that I wish I'd bought some bread this morning when I did my shopping lol because everything you made looked soooo good. Got me over here craving avocado toast, mushroom toast, jam toast... lol. I'm struggling with food at the moment and I find it so annoying when people feel like they can comment on what people should/should not eat.
You seem to have gotten a lot more creativ with your food lately! I love it! I also like how you explained the "how to makethings taste good" in one of your other videos (i.e. fatty, spice, etc.) it's really helped me a lot! Since I usually eat plain foods
I am not a salad fan but damn that kale salad looks so yummy! Also, thank you for mentioning the importance of having a healthy relationship with food, this is so important ❤️
that farmers market soup sounds so good, I think I will try to recreate one like it this week! soups are my fave to make. If you are interested in making soup from scratch you should google “vegan garam masala carrot soup” from a beautiful plate - it is seriously THE BEST and so easy!!
try pushing the ingredients from the cutting board using the back of the knife instead of the blade!!! you'll have to sharpen your knife more often!!!!!
I'm glad you ignored anyone who made a rude comment about your diet. These are your best videos, so relaxing and inspiring with great recipes :) Totally gonna make that vegan caesar dressing. Also had no idea I could make a moscow mule like that. Thank you!!
i cannot believe you get hate comments on these videos! they are so relaxing and genuinely inspire me to eat more plant based and healthier foods. your meals are always so healthy!!

MY QUEEN! i love these videos sm! i started eating more plant based about 2 months ago now & your videos have been SO helpful!! the mushroom toast with hummus has become a fav of mine! i'm totally want to try the jackfruit carnitas next! thank you for sharing your meals with us! love you xoxo
your videos are my favorite! you're so genuine and i really appreciated your intro about non-restrictive intuitive eating. i'll definitely need to try that vegan ceasar dressing!
Right! Do you. I love your vids. They are natural and realistic. I'm a health-conscious person, but I eat what my body craves. I don't mind oils, bread, carbs and whatever as long as they are good quality and nourishing to my body.
thank you for sharing your yum recipes and for that lil disclaimer at the beginning! I've struggled a lot with disordered eating & I've always loved your what I eat in a day/ week vids precisely because I could tell that you have a healthy relationship with food, thanks for setting a great example :)
could you do a what i eat in a week for when you were in your dorm ? i'm stuck in a dorm hall with just ovens and no stoves this year lol and i'm missing cooking !! all of this looked so good tho i can't wait till i get to go home and make some toast or some pasta again :D
lucy clark r u allowed to have a rice cooker or instant pot? i would make pasta all the time in the rice cooker and it gets hot enough to sauté onions and stuff..i dont have an instant pot but ive heard u can pretty much make anything in them
Hi Lindsey! I'm from Brazil and I'm a subscriber from a few years. I was happy to see you eating rice and beans - here we eat it everyday plus a protein and a side dish (at least one but really it's as many as we want) 😊
sooo this is from the viewpoint of a nutritional scientist... I absolutely love your videos because you eat such a great mixture and it is very similar to my diet and i find very much inspiration in it. Also to the critique you got: Bread and oil is NOT a bad thing!!! Just because the skinny/fitness culture sees the devil in so many foods it doesnt mean that this is true! Those people are sadly just seeing things like calories in food. A good amount of healthy fats (i.e. in olive oil, avocados) is very important. Our body especially our hormonal system needs those fats! Absolutely love those videos and looking forward to the next one! Love from Germany
I love your 'what I eat' videos, I get inspirations from them and love the variety! I also really admire your relationship with food! Ignore those comments as people always have something to say about everything! x
I love your what I eat in a week videos! And you look so balanced with your food, so honestly don't care about those comments! You're spreading a great message
Some people suddenly become dietitians and doctors in the comments of a what I eat in a day video and can say the most out of line things. I love these videos because you give such creative and realistic recipes to try out and I'm glad that you haven't been put off by these commenters.
I actually enjoy watching your "what I eat" videos because everything you eat is so simple but yet are ALWAYS the best idea. I'm always like "dang why didn't I think of that!" So you keep doing you gurl.
Love love love love love this!!! Also I don’t understand why people feel like they need to judge how other people eat. I like watching what a eat in a day/week 😊
No worries gurl love your food content always so unique. Its funny how all of the sudden you have lots of "nutritionists" as subscribers.... cheers! we want more videos about vegan food!
I love your videos, they are so relatable and helpful! I’m a college student living in an apartment for the first time and I love finding inspiration from your videos :)
i used to have an eating disorder and i appreciate that you eat what you want, when you want! restricting is the worst thing to do and diet culture is disgusting. never let those idiots in the comments influence you to eat less of something!
OMG I get backlash for choosing to live a healthy lifestyle all the time!!! I get so frustrated whenever people comment about my body and give me crap over the way I look. You do you, girl. Don't let the haters get to you.
I just found your channel on youtube a few days ago and fell in love with your videos but please - 5:36 chia seeds are not high in protein, you would have to eat 100 g of them to get 17 g of protein, so the little sprinkle of seeds that you add into your oatmeal aint much protein. :)
omg making your own pizza is so smart!! i love the daiya pizzas but as a broke college student, I can’t always afford a $7 pizza lol so thank you for this! i already have everything but the premade crust... which is way cheaper than $7 lol
I never usually like peoples what I eat in a week videos because they are either very staged, unrealistic to make and so forth. But you have the best ones. Everything you make and eat is very simple (which is how most people eat) and easy. I always get new ideas like that hummus and mushroom toast WOW.
There are other people who put hummus and mushrooms toast not just her
Love the positive message at the beginning...people can be so judgemental about others diet when they have no right to be
As someone who’s struggling with relationship with food, i feel so relaxed watching your videos. And i love how you spread positivity and love in the intro ❤️ you’re the best youtuber Lindsey! Keep up the good work!
Ngọc Lam Bùi seconded!!!
Ngọc Lam Bùi hope you’re okay! ☺️ and I totally agree xxx
THANK YOU FOR PROMOTING A HEALTHY RELATIONSHIP WITH FOOD. i’ve been struggling with eating disorders and restriction for so long. thank you for not perpetuating those ideals- you’re lovely🧚🏻♀️

I love that you’re promoting a plant based diet but also a healthy relationship with food!!!!!!!!!!!! So important. I love your videos even more
Love how genuine and realistic these videos are!!🤗💗 it feels like a listening to a friend who shares her bomb recipes 🤩💯

You deserve much more recognition. These videos literally make me smile cause they are so calming in a weird way!!
these recipes look amazing but i don’t think they’d keep me full! what do you do for snacks?
okay this is my fav one yet, plant based but not too many extreme health meals bc i like to EAT and i like to eat CARBS i love u sm
