@@SEALCOATINGISLIFE Attention to detail. Im oil in Canada. I think you guys like to cal it Gilsonite. How much a square, or how much for a subdivision drive 40x18? Around here depending its around $150 to $200 "CND". No pressure washing as oil needs to be very dry, but can rain 10 seconds later. Just a leaf blower and a broom. Work alone, pull up and 20 min later that subby is done. i dont do a lot of subby as logistics with parking etc. My genre is 3 to 6 thousand square. In and out with larger properties so the parking and kids are not an issue. Long and narrow suck with all the cutting in. You should buy a walk behind gas powered edger. I like to stick a twisted wire brush on them so you dont have to cart away long strips of sod. Its really the final touch that gets referals. Then its easier to follow a strait line. I even give it one last go with the weed whacker to clear up all those stragglers the edger misses. Good vid bruh, but water based is getting banned. Maybe acrylic, but too much money and it does not last. Oil last 2/3 years and the phone is ringing again. 1/2 mile? I could from start to finish in one day alone. No pressure washing and the edger does not like mud, so same day show up and done. Love the way you have the hose laid out slowly getting ready for the next zone.
For me, watching your working process is as enjoyable as "your daily dose of internet". The music choice for your videos is a great bonus for me. Bless you!
You guys are so lucky! Most of us spend decades working in our lives, but how many of us get to do this brain massage kind of job. I’m mean seriously! 😍
I have sealed over a thousand driveways 1988-1998... Fun facts: sealer burns your skin when you get it on you. Farts will smell like sealer if you cranked em out like we did back in the day. #continentalsealing old schooler...

Funny how I had ZERO interest in watching a video about professional concrete sealing, but somehow this video was suggested to me by UA-cam and it is SO SATISFYING to watch. I did it 3 times already! 😂 LOVED THIS!

Wow. That's a Goddam neighbourhood in size! Loved hearing the intro. Great to see you guys won this contract! Loved this video. Tremendous work which is what I've come to expect. Respect from Australia. 🇦🇺.
Curious what the sealing coat is, we use a 'slurry seal' in the uk on similar surfaces, what materials are in your slurry and how quick does it dry. Ours is an emulsion of bitumen and water with cement powder added to assist drying. Finished job looks great - love the wide brushes..
It's nice to watch and appreciate good honest work. My neighbor had his driveway sealed a month or so back and had some of the worst sealing (if you could even call it that) I've ever seen. There's bare spots left completely untouched, lines, high spots where too much coating was left, and it's splashed all onto his concrete curb. I certainly hope he didn't pay for the work, because now his horrid driveway takes away completely from his golf course level lawn. Perhaps that's why it looks so bad. Anyway, good work fellas!
You know what? Listening to your voice tone, the music, watching you working.. I guess you are happier than the guy from the house.. really...Nice job!
I seal my own driveway and tried a brush once, it left a thick coat on the driveway. That why I went to a squeegee, I thought that's what you were using until I heard you say it was a bush. That's a pretty stiff bush, I cant find it anywhere, where can I get one?

Hey! Love your content. I'm sealcoating my asphalt pathway for the first time next week. Do you have any tips or tricks that you can tell me before I begin? Many thanks & keep up the good work.
1). Start as early as possible (before it gets hot out). 2) Buy more sealer than you think you need. 3) Make sure there’s 48 hours of sunshine after the jobs done. 4) Watch all my videos 5 times. 😎
Hats of to you guys. I followed your videos and this weekend tried out my own driveway. It was tedious! Avoiding all the belgin blocks etc and it took 2 days. I used all the tools like you used even bought the rubber boots but it was not nearly as smooth as your job and getting the footprints out were harder than yours, maybe the cans of latex-lite optimum were thicker but it was hard to eliminate the prints. As I sweat and my wife brought out some water after the 9th 5 gallon tub I said " those guys on Sealcoating is life looked so happy and easy" and she replied did their video happen to say professional sealcoaters??? LOL Well Im happy I tried, this 64 year old body is achin to say the least, and I learned alot from your vids, my hats off to you guys.
@@SEALCOATINGISLIFE I bought the wide brush from Amazon like in your video. I think the seal coat was less liquid than yours because the prints were hard to get out.

I dont know if I'm the only one. Also I don't know if I'm even correct on this topic. But the POVs when you hear the liquid moving around with the Suttle backdrop of the music is what I think you should do more. But I don't know if everyone would like that but I could watch that for hours. Also loved it when you zoomed in on the pipes with the liquid pouring out ..... pause
Do you also have different color options? In my country they have been using a lot of red asphalt lately, especially for like bike lanes and personally I think that would have looked a lot fancier for a property like this.
