While its nice to see this love for health and fitness, I believe normal south Indian idli dosa khichadi is good for us, eat minimally, exercise say an hour of walk, or about 45 mins of yoga is good enough for office goers, excessive exercise, recipes like these some how don't seem to stick to our routines....just my personal opinion.... Thanks :)

Example vitamin D 8 tablets chalu per year ani kontha mandi doctors cheparu where as others said its needed daily so if j r not getting it u must take tablets everyday ani .. what is true ? Whole wheat is not gluten free. There is gluten free wheat which is very expensive. And that wheat was used by my grandmothers. My mom’s childhood days.
